I also got the first two Dead Space games for around $10 each. They fall down pretty quickly in price after several months, and I'm going to wait for some reviews to come out as opposed to jumping on board due to skepticism being made about where the franchise is headed. Either way, it's nice...

I haven't purchased games from PSN, since their prices aren't usually as good as Steam and the physical version of the PS3 games seem to fall down quicker in price than the digital versions. And I prefer the physical version of games anyways due to crappy internet speeds.

I rented Prototype but I didn't really like since it got repetitive after a while and the story came off as cheesy to me. I haven't played infamous yet and was wondering if Id like it.

I dont understand it either. Its much more profitable to sell it on ebay or craigslist, but some people just like the convenience of going to gamestop and getting money right away.

Haha yea. I make an effort to avoid bad games by looking at the ratings and seeing whether it would appeal to me. AC would be a game I would have never gone near if it hadn't been for AC2 improving upon it.

Well you were right. The ending has me wanting to find out what happens in the story, but it was the worst game I have ever played. It actually made my head to hurt to play the game because of how much I dreaded the repetitive missions :lol:

I really liked UC and will be getting UC2, but what I was wondering was if the second game addressed the issue of the repetitive gun fights?

Ahhh I remember the challenge of the gods and the relief I felt after beating it, since it was one of the most frustrating hours of my life. Never going to attempt to beat it again.

I was wondering if you need to play AC1 to understand the story.

Its an idea that never even entered my mine before. I always assumed people lost cases instead of intentionally throwing them away.

It's so scary its fun. Even backtracking isn't boring, because you are in a constant state of fear.
