I got hooked to Pokemon in the 6th grade. I had Red, Blue, Yellow, and Pokemon Pinball (GBC). After that, I hated the stuff that was added to the game. I'll buy the remake just because of the the nostalgia and the wireless adapter, but the pokemon franchise lost it's interest ages ago.

OOT just because you don't have to sail around in some shaq-fuing ocean searching for Triforce pieces. I loved the graphical style, but the frigging sailing...

Nintendo of Japan is doing a reward system: if you buy all the games in the first set of games, you get a collectors box. Hopefully NOA will do something like that too. That would be the only thing that would convince me to buy more than LoZ and SMB. You can see the box here...

Nah, you should have gone with Red/Blue/Yellow. After that they added unnecessary gimmicks to the game. Of course, playing an old Pokemon game will be somewhat unsatisfactory, at least for me; half the fun came from trading and battling with friends at lunchtime.

I tried preordering the DS at Gamestop B&M, but they said no can do. I don't know if it was just for that, or if they are doing that for the games as well. But yeah, they just want people to put down their money early, then never get the stuff. That happened to me with my GBA. I preordered...

Great, so I wouldn't even be able to watch any of the LOTR movies without the batteries dying. Hmm, I'll wait an see what majesco does with the DS, maybe we'll get full length movies on that also.

I see this game as having the potential of Samba De Amigo. It may not get that warm of a welcome at the beginning, but later on, It will be considered a classic.

Cool! Is this preorder like the FF:CC one or do you get it just by buying the game? Now I'm really glad I never bought that last GBA link Cable, I had one for animal crossing, got one for FF:CC, and bought another one so my friend can play.

In Golden Sun I don't remember an item that could lower you're random battle chances, though you could get the lure cap to increase your chances. But really, if you don't like random battles but still want that RPG experience get Mario & Luigi. You can avoid some of the enemies in that game...
