FYI, i had a similar experience with a fat ps3 of mine. My Blu-Ray drive was bad. You might want to trouble shoot a downloadable game or something to make sure though.

My status is shipped on my PS4 with tracking number.  My gut feeling is that the ones that shipped were simply due to lazy or incompetent employees.  My best guess is the inventory system has to track the replacement consoles just like normal stock, hence the 'NOT FOR SALE' in the item...

So i went to BBY and the  B2G1 rang up fine withe the 17.99 Tomb Raider.  Pretty much a sweet deal, locked in the trades for Amazon, and i got my copy for basically free.

You know for those with the points, there's a pretty decent flip for a used MW3 to BB. The coupon gets you the game for free, and BB will give you 18 bucks for it. Not a bad way to burn through 12k points. Also, I have never been able to use a coupon with a B2G1.
