Damn near all the Dreamcast launch titles. NFL2K, Sonic Adventure, Power Stone, etc. Tekken for the PS. Not because of Tekken, but because of the Galaga mini game you played while it loaded. Metal Gear Solid 2 - The first cutscene with the bridge jump was amazing. Super Mario 64.
