The 3DS NES Remix is a "Best Of" Collection.

I played NES Remix on 3DS a lot over the holidays and I think maybe the format of the game is better suited to a handheld.

Helps a lot that I only paid $20 for it, but deffo worth a shot IMO.

I think the Wii U version of NES Remix is vastly superior to the 3DS one for the sheer fact of at least with NES Remix 2 you can watch videos of the top times to see how it's done if you're stuck via the included Miiverse support.

Seems like the majority is going with MG as the more accessible. Only went with what I heard about MG, so I could definitely be wrong. Still, I think you'll have a blast with either, and they go on sale often enough that you don't have to worry about missing the opportunity to get the other.

Also, if you're a Persona fan, Persona Q is awesome since it combines the gameplay of the two. It's on the easy side though.

I would recommend that also as I couldn't even beat the EO IV demo, but I think Persona Q's $50 price tag will scare away all but the most devoted Persona fans.

It will come down eventually, it's an Atlus game. Wish they didn't decide to do this with bigger properties. Not like they're going to charge a premium price on Persona 5 (hopefully).

You can watch videos for all the games in 3DS Ultimate Remix, and it doesn't have any of that stupid stamp-collecting BS. Graphics are worse, but it's a better platform overall for it. The consensus of the thread seems to be that anything is possible but it doesn't seem overly likely. I believe the sale ends at noon EST tomorrow if you decide you're going to pick it up though.

I have to agree with others though, aside from the probability factor there's really no comparison between which is better... There's just more there in the Wii U version. I'll still get the 3DS one just so I have both, but if I were forced to choose then the Wii U copy is the superior version.
