F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.
Still, that's crazy. I might have to see if a local GS has 3 and use my unused B2G0F coupon. Wonder why it's 30 though. Hmm...
A couple of games inexplicably went up to $30 today. Alundra is another one that definitely should not trade in for $30 but there it is...
WTH? Why is Silent Hill 2's TiV 30?
It's a glitch in NorAm's(the company running Amazon's game trade program)software that causes the higher than they should be trade values.

Just recently the TIV for a PS3 Intercooler(old phat model one) was $250.00. Before that there have been specific games whose tiv went sky high(Formula 1 2009 for the :wii: was listed as $364.25 a few weeks ago).

Thing is, the games that the sky high values end up on are typically hard as hell to find new or used anywhere. For example, that F1 2009 game for Wii that I mentioned above was a GS exclusive and is only $10 NEW in the system now, but the chances of finding any copies of it new or used is slim to nil. It has actual value on Ebay besides the glitched tiv's from Amazon.

I noticed this too! Got a good chuckle out of it. Where the dealz at?

Thanks placed an order for the Kinect. $127 with tax with Kinect Adventures. Expected to be delivered on 1/26. I'll probably get it earlier though.
Yikes! What condition was the listing? I recently bought a Like New Move bundle so this is making me nervous...
The listing stated it was Like New.

Well got my DSI XL today which I paid $134.99 (plus NY taxes). Was listed as Like-New. Nintendo box seals were opened as well as the plastic bags that hold the charger and the surprisingly large instruction book. The DSI itself looked brand new without any scuffs or fingerprints on the dual screens. It had the large stylus in a plastic sleeve and the smaller one in the ds itself. Was it supposed to come with a 2nd small stylus like the ds lite does? Anyway I turned it on real fast aand the opening screen said "input your info" or something like that. Will try it later cause I gotta get my fat ass to the gym. Overall I'm happy and I'm sure my 11 y/o son whom this is for will not know the difference.

Got my $18.99 black wireless controller today, like new condition and is definitely like new, batteries still in wrap. Outside of the Mario All-Stars for Wii, everything has been pristine.

Yup, you get one of each.

I got my blue dsi xl i picked up from awd for 107.xx the other day :) great deal mint condition was stated as good condition but i cant find anything wrong with it!! and the second smaller stylus came with mine its actually in a little built in hole in the ds its prolly there you just gotta look for it
Any of you guys order a Like New Kinect bundle before?
As in just the sensor? I have, incredibly good shape.

If I understand you correctly, no it does not come with a "second" small stylus, (as in three total.) You get the larger one in place of the "second" small one that comes with the ds lite. So 2 total, with the DS XL, one large and one small and 2 total with the ds lite, two small.

Does anyone know where to find the notes of the item on the amazon invoice? For some reason they don't show up? :(

There was a 250 gb xbox WITH kinect like new for $309 that was there for *SECONDS*. The note I noticed said the box was still sealed with cosmetic damage to the outside. someone is getting a nice score on that xbox.

$116.99 Kinect sensor - Like New

Thanks for the clarification. Not like I was gonna complain about a missing stylus but nice to know its complete.

Thanks for both the users giving their feedback on used Nintendo DSs. Has anyone had any bad experience with ordering a DSi or DSi XL of the warehouse? Looking to bite soon and may as well buy used to save a couple of bucks.

I have nothing bad to say, only good. The DSiXL I bought back in Sept. was listed as very good and came brand new. There was a little tear on the box flap and that was it. I would definitely recommend AWD for a DSi(XL)

Got my $108 kinect today. Box was damaged, but nothing inside was even touched by human hands. Got the g/f involved too... :) guess I'll be on the lookout for dance central....

It's $39.99 now, and IMO totally worth it. Heck, IMO it was worth the $150 I paid for the Kinect and DC alone.
Dam. Might've bought Kinect at $108.
Is the game it come with that stupid boat game?
Kinect Adventures, and yes, it has a watercraft game. It's mainly a tech demo.

It has 5 games. I think the rafting game is pretty fun, especially with 2 players. "Left! Left! Left! Jump! Right! Right!" Rally Ball is fun too. The others are decently fun as well, except for the obstacle course one, which my nephew discovered that if you just jump up and down constantly (which speeds you up) and do absolutely nothing else, you'll crush anyone actually trying. Too bad, as that could have been fun. Anyway, I think Kinect Adventures is a good pack-in game.

So I received my Like New Kinect yesterday...

The box looked like it was open, but everything else looked fine. Kinect Adventures was never opened. Then I hooked it up, and I find out the motor that adjusts the camera is busted.

Geez, and to think these were going for 250+ before Christmas...
My Aunt bought me a Kinect for Christmas. Amazon was sold out so she bought it third party. She paid $227.00 for it! Luckily she bought from a seller who has Amazon ship their stuff, because I sent that shit right back the week after Christmas and bought a normal priced one direct from Amazon. I felt bad for my Aunt before I found out I could return it though.
PlayStation 3 160GB $182.99 (Acceptable)
Full game is included, but bonus downloadable content may have already been redeemed. Large cut/scatch on set case. Large wrinkle / bend on set case.

I took the risk on this and bought it. I'm assuming "bends" means it's truly just the box thats messed up, so it's a very nice deal if the console is perfect :) If it's not, I'll just send it back
