F.A.Q's

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

he just wants a deal. its the thoughts that count.

Since they come re-sealed and look practically brand new it's hard to tell it's not a new copy anyway. I'd rather save the $20-$30 myself as well than pay extra for no difference at all.

I'd probably keep it in perfect condition for a long time and hope that the value went up even more before selling. If it didn't, oh well, it's not like it's likely to drop in price.

Just bought a kinect, I'm sure I've heard great stories about the kinects from AWD, but has anyone purchased one in good condition? Also, how are people's experiences with returns for AWD?

Wow not all of them come resealed you know. It is also easy to tell they are used. My magic eight ball is telling me not to waste the money cause it will not last in the long run. Woman hate men that buy them used stuff to save money. I wish you luck and the 3rd rate repay gift session you are going to get for getting her a used item. :)

Ah really? Every game I've gotten from there has come resealed so I just figured they did that to all of them.

Also if he bought her a PS3 to go with it I doubt she'd complain much about the game being used. :p
One of my packages was delivered yesterday by the tracking number yet I didn't see it in my mailbox anywhere, thought it was just an error and it would get delivered today. Nope, still no package and it says it was delivered yesterday. Anything I can do about this?
I think you can call ups. I had them drop a package off at the right street number, but wrong street. But I don't remember which number.

Most of the games I buy come re-sealed except for DS games.

For over a grand, seriously?! I bet a pair of Nike with Kobe's signature won't sell for that much.

So the order I placed with the 40 dollar MVC3 SE for xbox 360, is saying its "Ready to ship soon."

Fingers crossed its actually the SE.

*this is the SE that everyone got in on....

That's actually pretty cheap for it. The first ones to be put on eBay fetched about $3k IIRC. The last one I saw on eBay went for $1.8k.

Would suck if it came with everything but the code for the DLC chars :p

You'd still come out on top though

this is regarding for any AW ps3s :whistle2:D

David,

Thank you for writing regarding the warranty for your PlayStation(R)3 computer entertainment system. If you purchased a brand new Playstation 3 on Amazon.com you would have a 1 year manufactures warranty from the date of purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing when trying to register your PlayStation® console on our website.

It is possible that your product information may have been entered into our system previously. This can happen if another consumer attempted to register their system, but entered their product information incorrectly. However, some systems may not be recognized yet and cannot be registered online.

Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) does not require your console to be registered. Please keep a legible copy of your store receipt for the first year of ownership. This will serve as your proof of warranty and is required to obtain any In-Warranty service under our service policies.

Since AWD receipts doesnt specify the condition, we're safe! :D
I ordered a 160 PS3 for $222.99 from AWD. I was looking at getting warranty from SquareTrade but they only have a new and refurbished option? Does anyone know how to put and open box warranty or will the new option be okay?
Can someone help me with this?
Can someone help me with this?
IMO, just buy the warranty directly from Sony off of the PSN store once you get the system.

He said it was USPS... Which pretty much leaves him SOL, I would think.
how do u guys keep updating deals very fast? whats the best way to search for these games, do u guys just view "just arrived?"
it actually shows up under the product page before it shows up in "just arrived". I basically have the main things I want (and know have been showing up in warehouse deals) pulled up, and use check4change to keep checking for me. There maybe an easier way, but idk about it.

They would let me even though I bought it used from Amazon?
how many hours a day do yall spend checking for deals vs going outside?
probably about the same amount of hours you spend sucking cock
probably about the same amount of hours you spend sucking cock
I couldn't stop myself from laughing at this.

looking at your posts, you sure buy a lot of things online...
They would let me even though I bought it used from Amazon?
Sure they will. The system will have a warranty directly from Sony. It wouldn't matter where you bought it from.

I do have to say though. Unless you saved a TON of money buying from AWD, it might be cheaper to catch a deal on a new one that would have the warranty on it.
AWD needs to update their PSP prices. With the price drop, they're now more expensive than a new PSP.
Didn't the price drop just go into effect today?
