What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What's with the huge demand for DSi XLs? Do they have better screen or resolution than the DS Lite?

Chrono Trigger is my favorite video game EVER (SNES, then PS1, now DS) and 999 is my favorite DS game.

All ds systems have the same exact resolution. In other words very low res. The dsi xl just has larger screens which makes games easier to see, though possibly more pixelated

as far as I know the cheapest one has gone for is 107.99 which is what I got mine for :p
It was listed as "Acceptable" but looks and feels brand new, just not shrink wrapped.



Just picked up Skies of Arcadia (Like New) for 33.99 :D

That was quick. Got my copy of Disgaea 3 just after 8:15 today. It's in amazing shape and if not for the Amazon stickers on the outside of the case, I'd say it was new. Definitely better than th Uncharted 2 GOTY I got yesterday.

Speaking of Uncharted 2 GOTY, be careful if it shows up in AWD. The one I sent back has a cracked case and a used code in it. And it should be back up in a few days, as its already made the trek back to Lexington, KY.
 
My MK DSi XL shipped last night! wasn't supposed to be back in stop until the 30th. It was like new for 133 for those curious. We'll see what condition it comes in.

So uh... who wants my burgundy XL? :p

Good point. Now that I keep seeing these other PS3's pop up cheaper than the $225 I paid for my bundle I'm kinda annoyed.:bomb: But it was still a good deal to me(at the time).:cry:

Alright guys, I'm very happy to report I received my 320GB PS3 Move Bundle which was listed as Very Good condition and the console is flawless!

First, a question to anyone else that bought this Bundle. I received the Blue 320 Move box as expected, but once I opened it, I was surprised to find inside the Gray 320 GB PS3 box! First thought in my mind was uh-oh. Was the outside box deceiving and would I be ripped off when I looked inside and saw no move accessories?

Upon opening, I see a beautiful new dual shock wrapped up, the camera wrapped up, only thing was the Move Wand was not wrapped but in perfect condition. Sports Champions also had been taken out of it's shrink wrap. The disc had a fingerprint on the back, but that was it.Everything else was flawless, the move demo disc, the usb cord, the documents for the sony one year waranty all sealed.

Now, The PS3 itself was wrapped nicely, I saw no cosmetic imperfections as was marked on the listing anywhere on the console. A finger print or two on the side was all I saw. Booting the system up, I had the same HDMI error on my TV saying "Invalid format" I had to hook up the AV cables instead, hold the power button so it clicked a second time, and viola, system was up.

It wasn't the first time it was on, however nothing was saved at all. I figure, whoever owned this very briefly before hand probably tried turning on sports champions and just didn't like it, or couldn't figure it out very well, as I did see it existed on "User 1's" trophy list with no trophies.

Overall, I'm very very pleased. It was 244.99 listed in Very Good condition. I think the "Minor Cosmetic Imperfections" was simply referring to the Box as it had a few dings on it. I had 110 dollars in amazon gift cards, so for 140 bucks, it was shipped to me in two days and I'm a very satisfied customer :D

So there was an account already set up on the PS3? That means if you want to get that off of the system you'll likely have to do a full restore I believe.:whistle2:#

As for the HDMI thing, just turn on the console by pressing and holding the power/reset button. It'll shut back off the first time, but do it again and wait till you hear 3 beeps. The second and third will be very quick beeps. Then let go of the button. It'll take you to the PS3's recovery menu. From there you can set it up so the PS3 will use an HDMI cable, do the full restore, the file restore(which you can use when your PS3 freezes to 'defrag' the HDD) and so on.

Oh, it wasn't a PSN account, simply a "User 1" that was already set up. As I said, the only thing on there was proof that Sports Champions had been put in the system 1 time.

I did a quick format anyway and off it came. :) As for the HDMI, yep, perhaps I didn't phrase what I said correctly, after I put the AV cords in there and got the system back up, then I switched to my HDMI cable and was good to go! Thanks for that though. Everything is perfect and all me now.

This was my first time ordering off AWD and I am pretty stoked.
 
Question: does the DSi XL Mario Kart bundle come with a pen stylus? I just realized mine only had a standard slim stylus with it (and only one to boot)

Look at my above photo of the happy kid and his DSI XL Mario Kart. It looks to be an extended regular stylus.

Well, thanks to Aem and this thread. I have started buying stuff randomly. I just grabbed Final Fantasy Tactics on the GBA for like $12.

But, the best buy I got was Heavy Rain for $20. Beat it over the weekend and traded it back to Amazon for $19 credit! Not a bad game for $1!

But, this thread brings out the video game hoarder in me. I almost pulled the trigger on Deadly Premonition the other day because everyone was talking about it. But, alas, I missed the $10.99 price. So, I wait.

Just want to say this thread is awesome. I'm zoning in on Punch Out (Wii). It will be $20 bucks again. I missed it the first time.
