What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Apparently the video game credit I have doesn't apply to the Warehouse Deals. That's unfortunate, I guess I will have to wait on more MK DSI XL's to pop up.

Video Game credit only works on items sold by Amazon. Warehouse Deals is considered a 3rd party merchant so promotional credits won't work on those items. Gift card credit works fine though :)

My killzone 3 bundle was missing killzone 3 yesterday. I chatted with a rep, and he offered me 20% off. I was going to sell killzone anyway, so I took it.

That was the same situation with me, hardly ever played my DSL anymore, but getting a DSiXL has revived my desire to play handheld games :D

I had some credit that I put toward a 3DS, but ended up cancelling that preorder and using the credit for the DSiXL instead. I'm fairly happy about that decision, since it didn't cost me anything out of pocket and it's sexier than the 3DS is imo.

He said he went to ask someone else. I had sent an email request before I called. Is it normally best to call them, or anyone have any luck with email?

Strange that you guys have been getting the discounts. He said I was screwed since it was amazon warehouse.
 
If the description of the item stated that those 2 items were included, then they have to make it right. Ask for a discount if all they offer you is a return label.

Ive always had pretty good luck when I e-mail.
 
Well i ordered the 161.99 Mario bundle but im sort of regreting it as it wont get here until the 29th should i just cancel?

Try again something similar happened to me and the issued me a 20 dallir credit and a 20 dollar serial refund. It just depends on who you talk to
 
Has anyone got a defective system before with a like-new description? This is my first warehouse deal purchase buying anything but games. I bought a like-new midnight blue dsi xl. Kind of nervous because it's technically a 3rd party seller and all.

Just search this thread, as some of us have received bundles that weren't bundles(offensive_jerk, munch, me) and/or defective consoles(me, a bunch of others).

So it happens, but not really that often thankfully.
 
Blah, I knew it was too good to be true. My Mario Kart DSi XL doesn't charge. Upon closer inspection, the connector inside is completely bent and is 70% of the way to breaking completely off. Looks like I'll be tossing this one back :(

Complete and resurfaced (not GS-crap resurfaced though) nearly 95% of the time. Consoles in Like New condition tend to be brand new with just a banged up box, or are returned merchandise. You have nothing to lose really. If you don't like the condition, just send it back for free with the reason being "Not as described" or w/e they call it.
 
I bit for the first time - Xbox 360 250 GB for 218 and I had a $20 GC hope its the slim they showed on the page and not something else...
