What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

I missed out on them too, I've only seen one thread about it being a flash deal. Maybe it'll go back on sale for a forth or so time?

I hope so too. Although I never did finish DA: O when I had it from the Blockbuster BOGO and I do have a 40+ game backlog right now, so I don't exactly "need" more games at this point.

But if Amazon matched their sale I might have to bite cuz of the credit I currently have sitting on my account.;)

Just checked and my copy of Crysis 2 has been dropped from my orders, so I expect it got cancelled. Was really hoping I could slip by, but I guess I was wrong.
 
meh, 7 orders disappeared but crysis 2 (xbox) and MW2 (ps3) are still there. Didn't really want any of the games so I'm not terribly upset.
 
Just checked and my Crysis 2 order has finally been canceled! :lol:

Like some of you, the order was simply deleted...received no cancellation email. This topic will definitely be remembered in the annals of CAG history. ;)
 
Bulletstorm and something else I wasn't that interested in disappeared, but I still have 9 games "shipping soon." If I end up with Crysis or KZ3 I will be happy

I didn't get my confirmation email till like an hour later so I'm sure the cancellation email is on its way. What I find really weird is that I got a moved up shipping date email for Dead Space 2 yesterday (twice I believe) and this morning I got a bumped up shipping email for AC2. Both of these orders disappeared. What the fuck is wrong with their system lol

The 2 that got canceled were ordered pretty late, the last 2 games I ordered. The orders that say shipping soon were all ordered within 1 hour of this deal popping up. Except KZ3, that was ordered one of the times it randomly popped up for a couple of seconds. I am shocked that one still says it is shipping.
 
All of mine are gone except the one "shipping soon" order.


EDIT: no emails, but they don't usually send out emails for price mistakes (voice of hitler DVD comes to mind)
 
Well, it looks like two of my orders got dropped, 3 copies of CoD: Black Ops for 360 that I got way early on during the sale and was sitting on not yet shipped status for awhile. That and my copy of Crysis I ordered around 12am PST. Luckily I still got s few things still on shipping soon (though still doubtful).
 
Still have received no cancellation e-mails, the only ones that disappeared from my list were things that I ordered in the later wave. A copy of Brotherhood, Portal 2, and Modern Warfare 2, as they were in "Not Yet Shipped" status. Didn't really want either of those anyway.

Looks like my first order (single copy of Brink) went in at 3:20pm PST yesterday. All of my other orders after that (single copies of every game except Madden) were within ten minutes of the first order.

I won't get my hopes up until I get shipping confirmations.
 
Jesus Christ, did this thread move 60 pages since yesterday? Yeah, let me know when you're back to talking about actual deals, not shit that's obviously not gonna go through (I love how you guys get your hopes up on stuff that's guaranteed to be canceled).

If these were "guaranteed to be canceled" I think it would have happened by now. Now they still may be, as they are clearly having issues, but there is a non zero chance we get these games.

Well considering how some people have had their orders shipped, you are wrong. On top of that 99.9% of us are expecting the orders to probably not go through anyways. Don't get mad :booty:

My hopes aren't up, or down. But you are overly pessimistic about it. And there have been plenty of crazy deals I have gotten in on at CAG. You just never really know.

L.A. Noire and Portal 2 got dropped from my order list. I never got a cancellation email, but when I try to manually go to the order URL it says cancelled. My order that contains Madden 11, Crysis 2, and Killzone 3 says shipping soon.

I am an old timer here (8 yrs) and I remember when this site was all about legit deals and not glitches and price errors..

it is fun to watch the flood of posts when one of these things pop up.. and I'm still hoping most if not all of these orders ship out for you guys... but I do miss the legit deal talk around here.
 
I would start being optimistic if yours still says "Shipping soon" My 3 separate orders just shipped. I ended up getting 4 1 cent games: Madden 11, Killzone 3, LA Noire, and Portal 2 with no duplicates. No orders were cancelled, those were the only 4 I ordered. For some reason i was to cheap to pony up that shinny Lincoln for Crysis 2, though i had it in my cart. Probably because I was sure it would not ship. Oh well, can't complain, I got 4 great games for 4 cents with free Prime Shipping. My first order was at 6:37 PM Eastern, and my last at 7:06 yesterday. I got a shipped e-mail just 20 minutes ago, at 3:05, for all 3 orders at the same time. Good luck to everyone else, except the guy with 65 LA Noires
 
It didn't really help me out. The .01 fiasco as in Hawaii we do not have prime.

Anyway I have to get angry at people who say they ordered like 50 games. It is people like this who usually get a deal like this ruined for everyone else. It reminds me of children with control issues. I mean really 50?

So amazon sees this and says "hey!!?? WTH is this?" Where a few orders of one or two items are more likely to go through but now they just flat-out cancel everyone's orders.

Seriously people!! Get some control!!

Gee reminds me of the touchpad thing... all the questionably immoral people who ordered like 50 or so. Again I say grow up and realize what you do affects everyone else and usually ruins it.

Waiting on mine still, but we'll see. I Think I'm more so starting to feel glad for people who were just able to jump on this now.

Good point.. all I read now is people ordering 50+ copies or how they traded 160 games in today or how they can go in a store and clean out the shelves in one purchase (multiple copies of the same thing) just so they can feel good about how smart they are.

It seems that if you get a game because you just want to play it and you get it lower than the usual price you are a loner. this is no longer about gamers but flipping and reselling. Unlike you I hope those that ordered many copies get rejected HARD!

^ many of us had orders for games we actually wanted to play cancelled, so we will be flipping the games of orders that do get shipped in order to get credit/$ to buy the games that we wanted to buy in the first place lol.

This shows how good Amazon is. They didn't even b*tch one bit about the mistake. They just soldier on and shipped it out. I'm sure those of us get cancelled it's because of availability and if you haven't gotten a cancellation email, it'll come just a little late.
