What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

I would like to know what the Amazon Digital Game Rep think about this thread. lol I feel like somewhere there are a few Amazon reps sitting back eating pop corn and enjoy the dramas they've created over this glitch.

Finally had the other shoe drop and got the cancellation notice for the 3 $0.01 games I ordered and had hung around in "Shipping Soon" status since 7 PM yesterday.

Dead space 2 is awsome ! Have you played the first one ? If not then get it too :) bulletstorm is also another great cheap pickup if you need some filler till the big guns arive this year. Just don't play it around children lol

how does this make any sense? If 6 copies of crysis 2 show up at 0.01 and you snag 5 of them, you're ruining it for 4 other guys to get copies. I pretty much limited myself to one copy each (except for bulletstorm, which I tried ordering 35 copies as a joke) but all my shit got canceled cuz of $$$s like you

I needed to get a better understanding of this so I'm speaking to amazon management. They tell me that the games were in fact available for a penny, that it wasnt a glitch, and that any order that says "shipped" will in fact ship at that price.

:shock: I didn't realize it was PER game. I guess I'd have had to limit myself to 2 day shipping n hope that wasn't that bad.:D As it stands I have almost $60 in AMZ credit sitting there collecting dust, so I'd have gladly thrown in if it were decent.
 
My resistance 3 copy from amazon shipped and I got the email but when I look in my order history it is completly gone. Has this ever happened to anyone before ? I'm a little worried

After ordering 50 games for a penny each, 4 games have just shipped out by UPS. LA Noire for PS3, Homefront for 360, MW2 for PS3, and Madden 11 for 360. Very random selection

Grrr I didn't get an email saying "We are sorry that your attempt to take advantage of an obvious glitch did not work out for you we are sure you are shocked and because you are of high moral standing in trying to order many many copies in an obvious lacking or understanding of right and wrong...we will be giving you a credit for being such a loyal and great customer (sarcasm) when we really should be revoking your membership forever."
