What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Yeah? Well the games I ordered from them 2 weeks ago sure didn't.
GF also includes tax. While with Amazon there are no tax with PRIME, you get 2-day shipping.

well thats the first I have ever heard of the DLC not being good. Out of the 50+ games I have bought from GF, every single one that had included DLC/online passes, had them unused. and yes I know how Amazon works, but for a buck more for the online pass I thought I'd throw it out there.

Are the Turtle Beach X11 worth $29.99? I need a headset that isn't the garbo stock ones and i'm not entirely sure where to go. I got one of the wireless earpiece ones and it died after about a year so I think I'm done with those. I've heard good things about the TB sets, but it seems that the X11 is the bottom tier version. Does it still work with the 360 and support party chat? Or is it just internal upgrades the 100+ editions have.

I have the X11s that I bought for $50 like half a year ago and they still work amazingly (for me, at least). Only problem I've heard people talk about is that you can't hear the sound from the speakers when you have them on (they're pretty good at sound cancelling), so most will just mute the TV and have all the sound go through their headsets.

Thanks, I bit on the X-12's, used my credit from Gears 3. Hope they're just as good since I waited too long on the X-11's.

Been tempted to buy it because i was playing darksiders last night and it has a portal stage. A lot of fun and i like it. I'll hold out for $15 though.

I got really lucky on this game. A few days after it came out I stopped by GS to look for a pre-owned copy. I asked the employee and he said they didn't have one. I found one stuffed on the bottom shelf and picked it up for $20. I was tempted to trade it in as the TIV was still pretty high then at other places. But at that price I decided the game was a keeper.

I would say the only thing would be the unlockable costumes and stickers you get from playing story mode. And you can always switch back and forth your save files with both games.

Thanks for the heads up, I jumped on it too. Saw it for the same price through GameFly, but I was waiting to use my AZ credit. I think I may have taken the last one, though, sorry folks.
