What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

:lol: Wrong DS2U (sure that is not you :whistle2:k). I will post them if and when that happens. I know you went on pre Wii U accessory sale spree at BB (thanks for that thread, got in on some action as well :D). Now all you need is the Wii U. Here is hoping to one popping up and you getting one.

Just got an (A) NBA 2k14 :360: for $35!!!!!

This has to be a dinger, right?!: Fully playable game is included; downloadable content (DLC) or codes for online play may require additional purchase. Missing shrink-wrap, activation codes for bonus online content may be missing or expired. Large cut / scratch on Cover Art. Large wrinkle / bend on Cover Art.

AWD just trolled me.  Searched for Skylanders just in case the pack I keep missing showed up and there was the new Pop Fizz figure for $9.99 so I hurry and order it.  Then I check Gamestop and AWD is selling it repackaged at retail price...

 
I received my Good Wifi Vita a couple days ago and I almost thought I had a dinger.  It came in the original box and all the instructions were still sealed, along with the power cord being wrapped up with a twist tie like it came fresh out of the box and the Vita itself was still in the foam bag.  Looking pretty good so far.  When I tired to charge it I realized it was missing the USB cable.  Contacted Amazon CS and they shipped one out for free.  The screen also had some light scuffing that was only visible in the light, but after I put the screen protector on I can't see it at all.  All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase and will be keeping it.

I've got an OT question.  Had anyone in the thread had to go to Jury Duty in Federal court?  My term starts on Monday for two weeks and I was wondering if its OK to bring a 3DS or a Vita with you to play while your waiting around in the selection room to kill time?  I'd rather get some time to catch up on my backlog than dicking around on the internet or reading a book while I'm waiting.

How much does your vita cost?

 
You can bring anything with you, I think. My jurors in Superior Court that I work with have iPads and things with then during selection. Once you are on the panel things may different but for selection you should be fine bringing a Vita or 3DS.

LOL..I was about to say do not bring that Vita during court under any circumstance but you meant in the lobby :p

Don't see why it would hurt in the waiting area.
 
As far as the court thing goes check the rules for the court online.  That stuff should have been included when you got the letter but when I had to go to court this summer we weren't even allowed to bring cell phones inside the building downtown.

Cool, thanks for the info. I figured if I get selected I'll either be in court or in deliberation so there won't be any downtime, but I heard when you're being selected you have to wait a while.

Don't we all. However the only holes I have to poke are you're on cag and not everyone can afford to drop 40-60 on games and would rather pick it up once the inevitable discount happens. Doesn't mean their bad games just that everyone values things differently. If we had out way earth bound, xenoblade, suikoden 2 and tales of eternia would all be 5 bucks on psn/shopchannel/xbl

I picked up a used Wind Waker HD this past week [from GS], but it didn't come with anything inside the original case other than the disc. I wasn't expecting the Club Nintendo code, but does it normally come with a manual?

Got a MLB 2k13 for :360: that was Good, I believe for around $14. It was a dinger, actually brand new, with the Xbox certification sticker there on the side, just a cut on the cover art and plastic. Not bad, but it also came in one of those "THIS IS NOT A TOY" bags and had yellow stickers covering the barcode. Kinda weird. Never seen that on an AWD item.

 
I told you guys. I got my LN SoulSilvers (2). 2 in case the first one was a dud and the second was not. They're missing the outer box and Pokewalker stuff. Dumbass graders.

 
I got my two deadpools, they both seem to be in great condition. I also got my LN Platinums - they're complete but both look like they've been used extensively.

Must be the same graders that rejected my PS3 God of War: Ascension a few months ago for "wrong platform" (despite being a PS3 exclusive). High on the job?

SoulSilver is still in stock right now if anyone else is looking for it (for an "Acceptable" copy).
