Actually, I just checked my coupons and it says they expire 7/31 now. I'm probably going to hold on them in that case. Sorry for the confusion and false hope. I was just about to pm you.

it is only a problem, if you got some jr detective from bestbuy questioning why the name on the coupon does not match up with your rewardzone membership. because when you use the b2g1 welcome coupon. THey ask you for you membership number

they updated it all of a sudden for some weird reason, but i guess it is a good thing.

Oh wow that's a pretty quick price drop. I'm sure it will drop more eventually lol. Still thinking of picking it up or wait a while longer. I'm in no hurry to buy the game though.

I'm interested in grabbing Riptide. From my understanding looking through the thread, it seems like you can still purchase a copy today and get the $20 pre-order bonus or is that not the case?

you cannot get $20, as the preordering period is over, but you can still grab the steelbook for free with the standard edition.

I already have one steel book. And the fact that the steel book doesnt even say Dead Island Riptide on the spine annoys me. Besides I didnt want to wait to play it. Thanks for the heads up though.

you could of chosen store pickup option, and have them send the steelbook to you. That is what i did, going to pick it up later today

wow price nuke for dead island already ? wow lmao. the game had bad reviews and it must have done bad in sales. collectors edition drops excite me but the thing is that this collectors edition sucks big time imo

Yeah. I paid for it with a gift card anyway. So it's not like GS isn't getting that money back. But my brother's birthdays are right around the corner, so I can use the credit towards their Bday gifts. Worked out perfectly

Already did my Price Matching on the phone like 10 min ago after seeing this post & they gave me back $16.30 and still keep the $20 in Reward Certificates. Thank You for telling the Deal YBX87.
 
DI Riptide is tempting since I have $50 in RZ and a decent GC balance, plus I can trade it in for $30 at GS with the SotW coupon. So ~5 bucks for almost 3 weeks. Tempting.

I honestly think they're getting their initial $60 sales then dropping it quickly so people are like ZOMG BUY NOW whereas those same people would slowly wait until it hit 30 or below. May be a smart strategy.

Just emailed them about a Bioshock Infinite price match through the silver member email thingy ma bobber.
