I was having a hard time deciphering what was dvd and what was bluray.

Im hoping to snag some good blu-ray deals!

 
Wishing I noticed Batman Arkham Origins being in the ad before picking it up in Target's B2G1 earlier today. Now to figure out if I'm going to return it to repurchase it later (and possibly get Saints Row IV this week instead), or just keep with what I have as I don't want to spend much more as is between now and Christmas.

That said, if I end up having an opening shift for Black Friday, it's most likely a moot point regardless.

 
I for one am grateful for Target's sale, $25 for Splinter Cell Blacklist, $35 for WWE 2K14, $10 for 3 Months of XBL Gold, not bad

Those TV aren't terrible. It should look pretty decent and last for a good while. The only big downside is the amount of inputs they have. May only have 1 HDMI and 1 Component. I am not certain on that one, but I found that out when shopping cheaper TVs last year.

 
What happen if you return a purchase that they offer the gift cards after BF?. Do you get to keep it or do they want that back?

They only deal I saw for them is the $150 blue 3DS Luigi bundle and Pokemon X/Y for $30 Thanksgiving morning.

Sears is also doing the $30 Pokemon X/Y sale, but I think it's for the entire weekend. Might just go there and Target after the shopping craze dies down and see if I can pick up Pokemon Y and a 3DS XL along with Pacific Rim.

Kind of bummed out that there's no Vita deals so far, Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy are my last hopes to have a portable to play Celceta at the end of the month.

I've had an Element 26" for years that still runs good. Mine has 1 HDMI and 2 components I believe.

Game wise this is pretty weak (especially when the B2G1 and 30% can give you a better deal without the long wait in line) but some of those TV's are tempting. Anybody here have experience with the 47" Vizio? My Parents have a 42" one I believe and it looks great but the sound is iffy at times and thats making me hesitant.

 
Why do you guys think they aren't giving the $35 deal for PS4 and X1 versions? It doesn't specify that those deals don't apply to them or if they do. I would expect them to apply across the board for all generations no?

Vizio's are usually a pretty good bet, personally I think they have the best picture out of any of the cheap tvs. Sound I dont usually pay attention to since I either go through an AV system or its being used at work with headphones. I have a 32in on my top rack of tv's at work and its pretty good

I grabbed one of targets 180$ westinghouse's since I wanted to replace a tube tv in the office. All around very average, guess I probably could have waited for BF, but it gets the job done and its for background viewing, main viewing is done on the 100in projector :)

Found nothing in Kmart other than a bedding set that prob will be cheaper at wal mart. If I can do without the new Nintendo games for now then there seems to be little reason to go here.

Now Target is a go for me though. iPad air with $100 gift card, $10 Monsters U blu and Pacific Rim blu and I can move on back to Best Buy practically next door for all the stuff that was not a 6PM doorbuster(they open at 6 right?).

I agree with most here though. It is not shaping up to be a good gaming black friday with only the 2 biggest guns left to leak now. Hope they pull through for us...

 
Nintendoland for $20 at Kmart looks good. Gamestop has it for $15 used, but they'll be having the 2 for 1 sale.

 
Really might go for the Element TV for $229. Be nice to replace the 50" RPTV that I am using in the basement right now. Hell I bet I could get $100 for the RPTV on Craigslist.

Radioshack has the standalone vita for $160 right now, but like you Im hoping for a bundle of something

 
I want to buy the PS3 bundle, but I'd rather not wait in line and get trampled for a doorbuster. The Toys R Us ad says its available through close on Saturday... would that be my best bet to pick it up during the day on Friday?

Everywhere, so far, has advertised the same PS3 bundle at the same price. I don't anticipate it having a real rush on it and selling out everywhere. It's just the normal holiday bundle for this year. If it happens to sell out at one location I imagine you'll be able to find it at another without too terribly much effort.

For some reason I wanted to add that I played my Vita for the first time in a long while last night (Gravity Rush) and I remembered that it is a great device. $160 is a very good price, especially if you have PS+ already. Two of the best games are still free if I am not mistaken.

 
Very dismal ad. I'll probably go there just to pick up Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2.

I also don't get why they are still advertising Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare for $10, that was already in last year BF ad. By now it should be $5 or less or removed completely.
 
Absolutely no wii u deals.  Hope maybe bestbuy or amazon, but I don't think nintendo is ready to front the promo cash yet.  Maybe buy.com will put up their $250 deal again.

 
so, how early do I have to show up at Best Buy to score that 55" LG TV? never been to BB on black friday before, I usually go to Walmart on bf, I arrive there 2 hours prior to the doorbuster deals start and I am able to buy whatever deal I'm aiming for.

 
Who would've thought the current buy 2 games get 1 free WITH the 30% off coupon is a better deal for games you'd actually want than these Black Friday ads?

To be honest, it's going to be a damn mess. It's anyone's guess how long it would be. But if it is imperative that you get that thing...early as possible. Mom may be lonely at that table for dinner.
