i really wish someone would have dynasty warriors 8, thats pretty much the only thing i want this year.  and it seems that gamestop is my only bet, seeing as no other stores other than best buy in my area even choose to stock the game.

id also like to know about this as well, as far as i know, and i work at walmart, and talk frequently with the layaway people, i guess theres a 10$ cancellation fee for anything calcelled, im curious if it only applies to your "account" for layaway, or per item.

if it per account, id totally throw a couple of items on layaway, and use the 10$ gift card they sent me for the fiasco last week to offset it, and get the 2-4 items i want. maybe use my 20% off discount for my fiancee's laptop i have sitting on layaway

I think all I want is a $150 Black 3DS XL from Target.  And maybe $30 PS+.

Wow, these deals are fucking awful. I mean, dont get me wrong - they ARE deals - but worth trekking out into the retail apocalypse (and post- food coma) for? Yeah no. I'll take my chances online...or just wait until February for all those games to reach those prices via TRU 1.0, amazon, etc. Besides, I'll have my barely-broken in ps4 by then. I won't be thinking about last Gen games anyway.

the ONLY tempting one is, surprisingly, Gamestop. Might pick up xenoblade on a count of how rare it is. There are no 3ds games listed and only 2 Wii u - what the fuck? Tons of 3ds could use that treatment.

WOW, this year is really weak for Best Buy. I was hoping to have at least ONE big ticket item I wanted. I'm really tempted by that 55inch LG but from what I've heard it's not that great, and I wanted a Samsung anyways. Guess I'll be transferring all my credit to Visa giftcards and head over to Walmart instead.

Yeah, I saw where Best Buy was quoted as saying that all workers will receive holiday pay rates. What Best Buy failed to say was how many hours that pay rate would be in effect.

Looks like you'll be having your Turducken for lunch this Thanksgiving. That sucks.

TVs always go on deep discount then

What is this years new item is now considered last years model as March is when new TVs roll out.

they were online last year so should be this year as well. With BF starting on Thanksgiving evening, its anyone's guess as to when they go live. Best to be by your smartphone/tablet all day to constantly check for updates

 
That Vizio at BB with the 3D glasses might be my target. Most of these others I could get on Amazon for $40 more and not mess with BF...

WARNING GUYS!!! A $200 50 inch TV is worth its weight in fingernails. They are truly awful, spend the money and get an actual quality TV

 
Some solid DVD/Blu sales again, but nothing game wise. I do need Eastbound and Down Season 3 so that'll be a buy but hopefully I can get it online and avoid Best Buy entirely...

 
Any thoughts on that 27" LG IPS monitor for 190? Seemed like a great deal, can't seem to find the refresh rate though.
 
The ad says other platforms for the $35 titles it does not cut out PS4 and X1 versions it never said that. Why do you assume thats the case?

Also AC3 was $20 last yr $35 is a jip especially since UbiSoft is running the franchise into the ground.

According to the current 50" Element TV Target has on its website that model either has 2 or 3 HDMI inputs. That is if that is the same as the Black Friday model to begin with.

Why does this question keep coming up on every single BF thread? It's obvious that new console games don't usually go on sale. That's why folks are happy to see Target and Amazon doing a B2G1F and including next gen games.

 
The Last of Us and Beyond Two Souls at Walmart for that price are going to be a problem for me...I really don't want to go out into the madness but those are the two games I want at th price I want...might hold off for an Amazon PM. They did it last year with Dishonored and Sleeping Dogs and I didn't have to leave the house.

 
Between "and more" and "select others", that makes me interested in going to stores later on Friday (sometimes the stores look like the aftermath of a hurricane).

Highlights for me, otherwise, are $25 for Lego Marvel and $30 for one year of Playstation Plus; therefore, it's Walmart and Gamestop for me this year.

Also tempted by the $30 printer at Office Max and the $40 HP printer at Walmart.
