Slightly regretting not ordering the inferior version of the LotR Trilogy for the higher than advertised price ($10 compared to $7) now that it's sold out.  Hopefully they'll at least have that and Rio available in store later or that will be an unpleasant waste of time.

 
What time did the 3DS XL prices drop on Target.com?  I would like to know so that I can kick myself for not staying up later or waking up earlier.

 
Awesome, just left Wal-Mart, it was pretty much empty except for a couple of people on the grocery side getting some last minute Thanksgiving meal stuff. 

Walked in, got ACIV, Lego Marvel, Ps+ for 30, and even got them to pricematch the Kingdom Hearts 19.99 Gamestop price. And I already bought all of the blu rays and shows that I wanted from Best Buy this morning online. So I've completed the list of everything I wanted already, except for them not having WWE2k14 in stock damnit! But I can probably walk in and out of Target to buy that later if that's all I'm buying. (No change Target's deals are live already are they?) 

Now, when I go back at 6/8 I can just casually browse, and only pick up stuff that catches my attention. No need to go searching for stuff.

So far I've picked up Xenoblade, The Elder Scrolls Anthology and Best Buy's Wii U bundle (with the Luigi Remote because he's better) all online. My girlfriend and I also picked up Disney Infinity earlier this week for the Wii U. So far so good.

Now to get Rayman Legends for $25, abuse Gamestop's buy 2, get one free and their buy one, get one free on Disney Infinity characters. I might pick up Pikmin 3 later on as well since it's $40 on newegg right now.

Anyone have trouble receiving confirmation that an order was placed on Gamestop. I placed an order for xenoblades online and used the cag16 and saver coupons and after placing the order I was brought up to the confirmation screen. But after I exited out of the confirmation screen, I checked my email and have received no email regarding my order and when I went back to the orders tab in Gamestop, my order did not show up. Any thoughts???

I'm really curious if the Walmart deals are live in-store on the West Coast.

Looks like GamerDude316 and neonon19s are both on the East Coast.

If the Walmart deals went live in-store at ~8 AM EST, does that mean it's live at 11 AM PST or did it start at 5 AM PST?

Question: I just ordered a 2DS from Walmart.com for in store pick up. Do they charge my credit card right now or after I pick it up? 

 
Confirmed with Walmart in San Diego that prices are live. Got Last of Us for $25 and Hitman Absolution for $10. Like others have posted, hardly anyone in electronics section as crowds were in the grocery sections. Saw lot of wrapped pallets in center isle with "do not touch" sign. Surprised that no one was camping out.

Love my 24 hours Walmart nearby since it worked out like this last year as well.

 
I'm on the East Coast. I got Battlefield 4, Gran Turismo 5 XL, and 1 year PS +. Saw Beyond but I decided to pass it up, Amazon will have it later on today anyways. Now I can just browse when I go to Wal-Mart tonight. 

 
Be quick if Wal-Mart prices are live, last year they only lasted about a half hour before the stores caught on and just stopped allowing access to the DVDs and Video Games.

 
I'm looking at the map of the store I'm going to and why are they putting the DVDs and games in the middle of food?

This other store has them in the food as well but then also hides the Xones/PS4s in the garden center.

I don't get it.  Amazon is claiming that 2 day shipping doesn't get delivered until Tuesday.  As I see it, that's 3 non-holiday days.  I'm thinking about cancelling my PS3 order and just picking one up at Best Buy tonight.

 
Where do you put in coupon codes for Gamestop? I'm not seeing any place. Never mind, it's on the cart.

They won't ship it until tomorrow which means that Tuesday is two business days.

All I can do is laugh at this. So you have to wait until Tuesday to get a hell of a deal delivered to your house.Go fight the crows then.

Hmm, was going to get Heart of the Swarm online at Walmart and finally use that 10 dollar giftcard from the fiasco, but there's no add to cart button. Then I saw Amazon has it for the same price, so I guess I'm getting it there, your loss Walmart.

Edit: Actually, HotS is on the Deal Calendar, can't see it going below 15 but I guess I can wait it out just in case.

True, those crows may peck my eyes out.

Amazon charges me tax, it's no cheaper to buy there than anywhere else. In the past Best Buy has had massive stacks of consoles. I could walk in late afternoon on Black Friday and they'd still have inventory and there were no crows to fight at that point.

 
Well, screw it. I'm tired of waiting on Walmart, so I just ordered The Last Of Us (and God Of War Origins) on Best Buy's site. I want to be able to spend time and catch up with family today, not spend time refreshing my phone every 10 minutes to save $10. To be honest, I'm sure The Last Of Us is totally worth full-price (everything from Naughty Dog is), so $34.99 ain't bad. Thus, with those two items I close the book on Black Friday 2013. Another year done before Black Friday, another year I managed to get everything on my list without having to go out. I'm happy. I hope you all get what you want and have a fantastic Thanksgiving / Black Friday. Time to get fat! See you next year, Black Friday.
 
Thanks Cheapy! So far I've ordered Bioshock Infinite 19.99,Tomb Raider 14.99,and Dishonored 7.99 from Amazon. I have so many games to play from last gen, no XBOX One or PS4 for me until 2015.
 
Just came back from walmart in san jose, ca. Electronics wasnt really busy, lots of copies of the last of us/beyond/psn + cards

I asked the cashier what time the deals start, she said 6PM. Im like OK, so i still proceeded to get beyond 2 souls and 2 PSN+ cards and when she rang them up, got the sale prices. So thats 25 for beyond and 30 for psn+.


So with these deals plus target's buy2get1 + 30% off coupon + 5% off red card, im completely done with blackfriday 2k13 :D
 
For Amazon, I believe they are trying to reduce the number of single-item shipments.  In prior years, you could order 10 different games/movies/whatever and you received 10 different shipments.  More recently, I have noticed that separate orders, especially BF-sale type items, may take an extra day to ship, but then go out as a single shipment.

Hey guys, as others have confirmed Walmart prices are live here on the West Coast.

I checked 2 stores: Union City, CA and San Leandro, CA.

At Union City I scanned the Dead Island GOTY (PS3), Rachet & Clank Collection, and the Uncharted 1 & 2 Dual Pack; they scanned at $10, $10, and $15, respectively.

At San Leandro I scanned the Uncharted 1 & 2 Dual Pack; $15.

This was at ~10 AM PST.

Union City had a few sale games in the jewel case, including TLOU.  Most of the Black Friday games were in their "value" game section (not in a jewel case).

Neither store had God of War Saga or Red Dead Redemption GOTY.  I looked around both stores and couldn't find the games.

San Leandro has a couple pallets of video game accessories out though, but it looked like the employees were guarding them.  Having said that, it wouldn't have been hard to grab one.

 
My Walmart had a fit Lego marvel rang up for 25, they didn't want to sell it to me. I proceeded to tell them "that's bullshit, you already rang it up." it was locked in the case. She sold it to me, they then went and started pulling all the games on sale. I told them the sale is live now but her ghetto Ass didn't believe me.

A ton of games on Walmart are doing that.

If you try searching for Battlefield 4 through the search feature on Walmart's site it won't show up (although the limited edition did; $53.46).

It seems like they've pulled their Black Friday sale games from the website by not allowing you to order online or do store pickup.

Maybe they'll open these games back up at 6 PM? I hope so.
