Just got back from Walmart in Chardon, OH. Got an Xbox 360 for $99 and Skyrim for $15, both for my girlfriend. The 360's were behind the electronics counter. I just asked an associate for an Xbox and he gave me one. I then asked where the discounted 360 games were, and he kindly pointed me to the produce section. However, the line was outrageous. So I went back to electronics, and right when I got back there, they opened the game cases up wide open, where there were two copies of Skyrim. I grabbed one and a teenager grabbed the other. I checked out at electronics, which was nice because I didn't have to brave the zoo up at the front of the store. Got out by 6:15.

There was a special line for Xbox One consoles, where there was about 40 available. I did not see any PS4's, but I didn't look very hard.

Overall, it was a very successfully trip and the employees at my store were very friendly and helpful.
 
Missed out on all my targets. Beyond Two Sould, The Last of Us, Super Mario 3D World, PS+, Remember Me, Wonderful 101, Sonic Lost World.

Either not on sale or sold the fuck out. Oh well, i guess I'm keeping the money.

Is it just me, or is Black Friday all about games this year? It seems like that is all people are buying this year, and not just on this site. EVERYTHING halfway decent is sold out already and it's not even Black Friday yet.
 
Just made my trip to walmart and got ghosts for ps3 and 360. Black Flag, arkham origins, fifa 14, gta v and tomb raider all for ps3. And playstation plus for 29.96. Good luck to everyone, lines were getting ridiculously long. I only waited about 20 minutes to pay.
 
Damn the Walmart line is long as fuck! I guess I won't be doing anything this BF lol. All I wanted was to maybe PM the Zelda XL bundle but I already got it for $200 so wutevs.

 
Does the 20 percent off GCU work on top of price matches? Like cod ghosts is 39.99 at Walmart for the 360. Either phone or instore..

 
How many Xbox One's and PS4's are people seeing at stores?  My Walmart had about 30 Xbox One's, but I couldn't find the PS4's.

 
Just out of best buy. Had to wait 5 min to enter store. No line to check out. Got my ps3 bundle no problem. Saw ps4s in stock.

Picked up The Last of Us digital for $25. Got a $5 promo credit as well. I was on the wait list and didn't want to pay shipping.. For twenty, I can live with no disc.

Hopelessly waiting for my turn at Beyond, it was gone 1 minute after they started the deal on amazon... my waitlist place at first was 500+, wish they could let us keep track of that... Anyhow, if Amazon fails, there's still Walmart to make up for that. Besides, I've got Batman earlier today, given by the low claim rate, either everyone had it already or they're waiting for a better price than $10. Wish my wallet had more cash right now to get TLoU too (but prices will drop by xmas, I know), but GT6 will empty it, just hope it doesn't become the disappointment of the year.

I went back to Walmart for the big launch 6pm just to get Revolution Season 1 on Blu Ray.

Preface this... They didn't have one copy at all to start.

Anyways I thought well here I would do the guarantee in stock for GTA V. None of the employees had a clue. Not the people in front of where they gave them out or the people in electronics. 45 mins later after talking with multiple employees they still couldn't find them. What a big FUBAR.

Bf 4 is a wonderful fps, I very much enjoyed the multiplayer on that; obviously don't buy if you aren't going to play multiplayer. Also, cod 4 MW was by far my favorite cod, but unfortunately it's a bit dated. You will most likely be able to find multiplayer matches, but not many play it anymore unfortunately..

Edit: I guess I didn't really answer with a definite answer; I'd say yes for sure on bf4 if you're into multiplayer, and no on cod 4 unless you're a big cod series fan

I was waiting for TLOU lightning deal, clicked add to cart as soon as the deal went live and it tried to charge me $34.99.  Was able to get out of that and try again when it was 90% claimed, $25 price reflected in my cart the second time.  My phone died literally right after placing the order and I had an hour ride home so I missed Ratchet, but was able to snag MLB the Show just now.  Now I can return my Walmart copies from this morning since I had Amazon credit to use just now.  Success!

Now to just get PS plus from either Amazon or GS and a couple Blu's at Target/Walmart where I'm off to now!

FYI: The plastic bag holding the download codes has a 30 day PS+ membership code in it that expires 3/31/14 so if you buy a PS3, advise you open that bag and use the code.

this thread moves too fast for me to go over it with a fine tooth comb, so sorry if this is a repeat. Amazon has pricematched Best Buy on Mortal Kombat complete edition. 12 bucks, both 360 and PS3. When I looked a few hours ago it was still 20.
