I might have a non paying bidder for everyone, giving him 2 more hours to respond to an auction he won last night.
I am not giving him the benefit of a doubt a REAL buyer will pay for an item they bid on.

They are a reshipper who partnered with ebay, they take the item you sold them and ship it overseas then if it breaks when they reship it or the other buyer has a problem they file a item not received case, and even though the tracking shows they received it ebay still sides with them.

EDIT - Later the next day he issued me a refund but I'd still block him for being a dumbass.

Sold this item.

Six days later out of the blue received negative feedback from user sweetpea48sweet , stating "There were letters missing and was not advised of this before purchase."

Now if you look at the listing it clearly states in big, bold, red letters that there are missing letters.

Contacted her saying "First you should have contacted me before leaving negative feed back second please contact Ebay to have the negative feedback removed because it says in big bold red letters that there are 6 letters missing," but received back "It does not say that there are letters missing or I would not have
purchased the item. Therefore the feedback stays until this is made right."
 
We are not sure if this is the correct thread, but think it is. On ebay........do not purchase anything from surfersgt891. This "guy" is a scam. He has three different sets of game bundles he lists. In each one he says that if someone offers him $200 then he will take it. BEWARE. We figured for the price and the amount of stuff that we would offer him $200 for one of them. lol that is when it got interesting. Guy gives us the run around. He sends us an invoice on paypal (yet it is under a girl's name), then relists the item. We put him on our watch list and throughout the day he will list, end, relist, end, etc the 3 auctions. He puts them on, lets people bid on them for an hr or two, then ends it and relists it. If you go to his feedback, even that is fishy. One of his feedbacks is from a guy that just happened to have left feedback for all of the other ones on his list. Do not deal with him.
 
Avoid this guy as well. smokeythebandit90 We were lenient with him. He claimed his internet was out so payment came several days late. We said ok. Sent the item. He sends us an email that said he didn't get it. I resent the info about when it was mailed. We never heard back and assumed he received it and all was good. Then the other day we go on and he left us negative feedback, saying we were rude and he didn't receive the item. BUT the problem is that the day after he left us feedback, we receive the item back in the mail. According to USPS, the guy refused delivery of the item. So we emailed the guy and he will not email us back. Watch out if you sell to him.

Offered a refund for a damage item, even though I have a no return policy. Asked for the return of the item, buyer made the demand of me paying the return shipping I said no.

Escalated it to Ebay. Ebay ruled in both are favors by refunding them, but paying out of their pocket and not charging me with an open case. Left negative feedback that I hassled them. Rest of my feedback speaks for its self that I do not "hassle" people.

She won one of our auctions. After several days, she finally responds and says that she thought it was cancelled b/c ebay sent her an email telling her that her acct was on hold. We told her no it was not cancelled and we were waiting for payment. She then responded (many hrs later) that she was done with ebay and would not be paying. We contacted ebay and they said her acct was NOT on hold. BEWARE.

Won an auction he held but it sold for much less than I'm sure he expected. I knew what was coming. Payment refunded and a message saying the item is out of stock. Waste of everyone's time. Don't know why these guys don't use the reserve price feature.

Left me feedback calling me a liar for saying that a ps2 game work on ps3. What I said in the listing was it works on backwards compatible ps3s.

Buyer never contact me and gave me this feedback almost 50 days later.

Looking at their feedback, shows they have an issue of not paying people.

When the auction was active, he asked me if I could ship for about half the listed shipping cost, to which I politely explained that it was not possible. Even after that, he won the auction and then sent me the same exact message, except asking for even cheaper than his first request :roll: By this time I was frustrated and answered back a little rudely, so now he's not paying, I have to open a case which is all for the better really.

Filed a chargeback claim on my DLC item outside of eBay and through Paypal. Claimed the purchase was an "unauthorized charge." Asshole redeemed the code by the time the claim was opened. Guys like him have a special place in hell anyways. It's funny how they have a price tag on their conscience. Shows how little of value it is really is :)

He re-tracted a bid, which is not a huge deal in itself, but he lied about the reason (said it was because the seller "changed the description of the item" when there is no edit history on the item at all).
