You can only deactivate your PlayStation®3 system from PlayStation®Network using your PS3™ system. You cannot deactivate it using a PSP (PlayStation®Portable) system or PC.
Am I supposed to be using the "deactivate all devices" option? I'm guessing that 6 month limit before doing that again is why we can't create infinite phantoms

nolan's dark knight trilogy is seperate from the Man of Steel universe and Bale isnt coming back no matter what so its gonna be a dude like Armie Hammer or somethin like that as Batman.

Yes, you are correct, you have to use that, its only 6 months and that is why we do not have infinite phantoms. If you're deactivating a resell slot, you need to do so from your PS3.
