*shrugs* Honestly there are so many things that are wrong at my werehouse; I would be surprised if they actually wrote us up. And again, I agree, there isn't really any benefit for the Executive peoples, but I when I had asked about that rule, I was told by my supervisor to not worry about it.
I've done IAI for a long while and not seen it on the orderering side. I will however do an IA1 tonight when I'm at work and see what that says.
When I first started it, I really hated it. I was in majors before and loved it, but after I kept on applying for majors again and again, they wouldn't give it to me. So I tried to transfer and I was blocked there, so I'm kinda stuck in my options. However, all of my coworkers are great and we look out for each other; more or less.
That's a shame about you being blocked there, I've really had relatively no probelm transferring (I'm at my third warehouse). You just really need to sell yourself to the new warehouse. Going down, talking to them, guilt-tripping them if need be, and it will get results.
Oh, I just realize I read that wrong
Yes, inter-warehouse politics can be a pain, especially when people not as qualified but prettier get positions because some supervisors like them.
It could always be worse, you could work in either home office or the Issaquah warehouse, which from what I hear through the warehouse grapevine, occassionally reek of politics.
