Star Wars Force Unleashed: II for $10.xx. Yup. That's the price I been waiting for.
lol, there's been about a million of them for $7.50 at Blockbuster all year during the sales.

Mega epic sale, I picked up a few games I wasn't planning on buying. Missed out on No More Heroes, it sold out in like 30 minutes or less.
Dead Space 2 continues where Dead Space 1 ends right? It's not like a new story or anything?
DS2 will necessarily spoil the ending of DS1 but if you're like me you would have seen the ending of DS1 coming a mile away.

They are both incredible games, among my personal favorites.

Picked up de blob 2. Never played the first one but always wanted to give it a shot and snagged Duke Nukem. For 5 bucks you cant go wrong and it was really free with the gamefly $5 bucks i had! I rented it when it was released but didnt get to far. Would of picked up the no more heroes if they had any left. oh well. Good start to my christmas list
Is Dead Space 2 worth it if I haven't played the first game yet?
amazing game and worth every penny♠

dnf for me
I didn't want to buy Duke Nukem Forever in my lifetime but at $5.99 I couldn't say "no".
You really could have.
Alright thanks. Gonna get Dead Space 2 and look for the first.
You won't regret it. DS2 is awesome!

Only thing I really want from that list is Lego Star Wars III, and I got it. Maybe DR2 to finish it, but I think I might just wait on a Gamefly sale for Off the Record instead.

Really trying hard not to pull the trigger on a few of these. I've have NFS & the 2 $5.99 games in my card 3 times now. I keep closing it and telling myself they'll be at least this cheap if not cheaper by the time I get to them in the backlog. Self restraint is so hard, but I already told myself I'd pick up a few things from BBV when that sale happens.

Glad I decided to get Knights Contract. Looks like it is OOS. Well done gamefly. Well done. Now I will patiently wait for a cheap copy of El Shaddai. :)

Allright i decided on child of eden just because i heard its amazing and its still going for around 20$. passed on brink and homefront due to having 2 unopened games in my backlog along with others i need to get some achievements.
I'm trying to decide between Homefront and Dead Rising 2. Which one should I get?
DR2 was fun but gets cheap as hell towards the end. I got frustrated and stopped playing at a certain point, which would be a spoiler to talk too much about.

I didn't wait this time so I didn't miss out. Homefront on PS3 and Red Faction Armageddon on 360. I want to finish that one up at some point, a very fun bug killing game.

Homefront has decent MP but the campaign is shit. Dead Rising 2...well if you enjoyed the first game at all you'll get along with Dead Rising 2 pretty well.

Also I don't expect anyone to know but any chance Knight's Contract comes back in stock at some point during this sale? Pretty bummed I missed it.

I never played the first one. I might end up getting both but I'm trying to resist to only getting one game to add to my backlog

Bowie knife gloves and the hmg are assets in dr2. Just do as many side missions as possible and keep killing zombies with the knife gloves. Each kill with the gloves gives you over 100 ex points if I remember correctly and both components to make it are right by the safe house. The knife is on top of the news stand and the gloves are in that sports store. Infinite knife gloves ftw ! You can level up faster with this along with doing missions. The hmg is for phyco killing (the hmg destroyed that pig guy lol). It's on top of that chandelier (forgot the casino name). Hope these tips help if you still have the game :)

No more heroes is gone :*( . Shame.... one of my favorite games of the last few years, would love to have a ps3 copy.

Bit on duke nukem and homefront. Looks like it's going to be a shitty game thanksgiving marathon after I finish skyward sword :bouncy:

Wow, added Dead Space 2 to my cart, went and added a few other titles, went to checkout and Dead Space was OOS. Couldn't have even been more than 5 minutes since i added it.

I am starting to think I might be the only one that enjoyed Duke nukem

You're not alone. I didn't see this thread until midnight....ugh. Maybe they'll restock. I still want a copy especially at this price.

What I played on PC thanks to a friend was bad but not horrible.

The console versions however (at least based on the demo) have some PAINFUL load times.

You want painful load times try fist of the north star kens rage on ps3

Nah...lots of clowns just don't know what to expect from a Duke Nukem game. If there's a retro badass guy with sunglasses on the cover smoking a cigar and making a "suck it" gesture near his gentleman sausage, you sure as hell can't expect another tactical FPS game. It's much less trite and generic than many of the popular FPS games, like this year's CoD.

First Templar is still available. For $9.99 I'd recommend it as a pretty mindless but fun action game with generous achievements. I'm also willing to play online with someone since I still need the "Well traveled" achievement.

Decided to grab Brink, doubt it'll get much cheaper. I'm a big fan of Wolfenstein ET so I'm hoping that nostalgia will help it from being quite as bad as people say.

Wolfenstein ET fan here.

I've got bad news for you.

Least it was cheap though.

Dang, missed out on NMH. But I'm off CAG for a few months and The Duke plummets to the bottom of the bin. Good for me at least.
Bit on 360 copies for Red Faction: Armageddon and Homefront, thanks Gaming Moses.
360 copies!?! Damn, you must really like those games.

 sorry.

I didn't really need Duke and Red Faction but for the price why not... I couldn't bring myself to get Brink again after breaking even on getting rid of it the first time.

Damn it NMH is about the only thing I wanted on that list!

I had to buy something to cheer myself up so I grabbed Homefront. I rented it once and already beat it but I enjoyed the campaign. It will be fun to take my time and get some trophies. I also grabbed Child of Eden just in case I ever decide to use my Kinect again but I don't really see that happening.

Sorry for anyone who buys Brink. I guess on the plus side you didn't pay full price for it like I did.

Gamefly sales..we meet again.

Grabbed about 11 games from that list but I was definitely stuck debating it for a while since Black Friday is so close. I managed to get a copy of Dead Space 2, which is strange since I just brought the digital copy over psn a week ago which doesn't come with Extraction(move compatible). Extraction is $10 alone, so picking up another copy of DS2+ Extraction seems like a steal.

Thanks again.
