I want to know this as well since two different people posted having bought two different priced sets of games and got the right ones free but didn't elaborate beyond that.

 
I'm going to just go for it after work, if anything I might just pick up a couple $1.99 games just for the cases to replace my old ones.

AN ANSWER.

I just bought all 4 at once, games were priced at $7, $7, $2, $3

Got the $7 game and $2 game free. Cashier even told me computer will do it on its own.

 
Bought gow3 and uncharted 3 at lunch. 16.xx after tax, looks like uncharted price dropped to 14.99, didnt know that until I got there.

Hate gamestop usually, but had a really good experience at the one I went to, will start using it more often if I can.

I just went to GS today and there was no indication of a B1G1 free deal, guy was clueless when I asked. It's cool regardless, I got Asura's Wrath for $16 with that 25% off coupon and Lost Planet & Prey for like $3 each. No biggie.

Confirmed birthday coupon will stack ! One of the games must be 20 % more than the free game . For example I bought infamous 9.99 and killzone 2 6.99 and got 20% off infamous . In fact I bought 4 other too games all in one transaction ( timeshift , Shaun white snow boarding , mind jack , and resistance ) . Came to 15.28 $

Good deal. Will have to do this in two transactions then since the mismatched games in price that I want are the lower priced pair.

 
On a side note: Wii games are B2G1 Free starting today. It could be ymmv but manager told me it should be all stores. 

Didn't see it mentioned so figured I would throw it out there if anyone was interested. Also birthday coupon stacks with that.

Got Warhammer, Dead Island, Resistance 2, and Brutal Legend. I was debating the first resistance, but I can always pick it up another time, I'm not a super huge fan of those types of games anyways,

What do you mean "couldn't stack the 25% off coupon"? Was it the manager who didn't even let you try it, or did the register just reject the coupon?

 
The coupon says cannot be combined with any other offer. Jeez, can't anybody read?

I went to a GS today to use just the coupon, but I didn't see any signs about the B1G1 while there.

Thanks for mentioning that, I tested it online and it works (just as long as its not one of the current B1G1 titles).

I have a newb question on using the PUR certificates on these deals, can I use a $20 off coupon on two $9.99 titles, or can you only use it on a single game? On their website they say there is no minimum purchase on using the coupons, but you forfeit the difference, just not sure if it means total amount or a single game amount.

I believe the coupon you're asking about states that it's good for $20 off a single item. So it will take up to $20 off any one thing and then the rest will be gone if you use it on something lower priced. Basically, I wouldn't use it on a $10 game because it's going to be half wasted.

 
Confirming once more that the register gives the best deal, so no need for separate transactions. Got COD MW3 free paired with Crysis 2 and Singularity free paired with Enslaved, all for X360. Pretty great deal!

Employee in my gamestop was setting up a bin for all these games and handed me a flyer saying it expires 8/18.

Still probably best to grab it today if you really want something, can't imagine that the better stuff will be around all that long even if there are a billion copies of things like Infamous out there.

I figured that would be the case (hoping it would be total order based, not single game based), now to decide if I want to issue two separate $10 certs and get two $9.99 games separately, or turn the B2G1 Wii promotion into a B1G1 free by using just one $10 cert.

It's either get two $9.99 games for free, or get three $9.99 games free and buying one normal price.

 
From this list, it looks like I'm going to stick with Infamous and Brutal Legend.  I was thinking about getting the collection, but it seems that code already expired.

Some decent games. I had a lot of fun griefing in Mind Jack. if I was you I would attempt to see if there is anyone online you can mess with. If you don't know, it's sort of like left 4 dead where you control an enemy and try to kill the person playing the campaign. I know it is a long shot that anyone would be online but I played it over a year after it's release and was able to find games.

 
Picked up Little Deviants on Vita and Sniper: Ghost Warrior on 360 complete with case. Nothing else on the list seems that interesting (or I already have) but I'm sure I'll pick up something else before the sale ends.
