Isn't the whole point of Gaikai is to stream games? They already confirmed the PS4 won't be able to play the physical disc so I don't see it happening. I would have held off on buying a PS3 if the PS4 could play the PS3 discs haha.

I think what he means, and this is what many of us hope for, is that you can put a PS3 game into your PS4 and then it reads what the title of the game is at least, then searches for it on Gaikai's cloud servers and then the disc becomes useless because it will stream the game to your PS4.

This way you don't get forced into paying anything to play the games you already own. It remains to be seen whether Sony will throw us a bone on that.

when i had the ps3 version is ran very well. from what i saw from the 360 version was pretty much the same. only diferince is that the 360 version has 2 or three disks in it. if you have both consoles i recomend the ps3 version just for that reason

Appreciate the scan, LabRat. For those who may be need the anonymous advice of someone on the internet to confirm a purchase, y'all should play Vanquish if you have even a fleeting interest in wild, wacky, and fast paced third person shooters that are hella Japanese.

How is Wolfenstein for those who have played it? That one has my interest as I do so like some occult shenanigans. I'm thinking of pairing that with WET, since I remember liking the demo. Maybe Dead to Rights Retribution? HELP!

Being as I just got a 3ds.. was hoping for more games available for that.  I loved Pilotwings on the snes way pack in the day.. so might try to pick that up.  Guess I'll grab one of the professor laytons to go along with it.  Thanks for the list

Killzone 3 and Dead Rising 2 are on the list. I may pick up 6 to 8 games this sale.

The GS employees thought the sale started tomorrow, but to their surprise, it worked just fine in the system automatically. Seemed the deal is live today, at least the system did it automatically. Good deal for two games I wanted to try again.

I thought that Pilotwings was meh with the analog stick. I don't play well with tilt controls, so I can't vouch for it.

Selection seems pretty decent on the PS3, but not too impressed with the 360 side of things. A lot of stuff that has been less during previous sales. I'll probably buy a couple games though, maybe Bioshock 2 and Lego Batman

Not only that, not all people have played the older games. For example, I've been looking for a good price for Uncharted for a while. I've played 2 and 3, but not the original.

Still looking for another game. LA Noire is the same price as it typically goes on sale for on Steam, so I'll probably pass there. The Layton games would be good for my family.

Decent list of games: I'm interested in Dante's Inferno, Killzone 3, Wet, and either Wario Land Shake It or Far Cry 2.

For those who want an open sandbox game, check out The Saboteur - very underrated game that combines GTA and Assassin's Creed. Also has a great setting and nice style with the black and white. My underrated game of this generation.

I would, also agree. Nothing against GS employees, but when I went to the store today, I knew about this deal more than them. Then they said it started tomorrow, but. I tried to games and vuala, $10 total for both titles.
