If you drop #2 from your list (because I can't handle TAS look in the realistic environment, it's just too jarring; like Roger Rabbit, but unintentionally), we're pretty much spot on for top 3.
And another reason Batman Beyond reigns as tops for me? It's unbelievably helpful for the AR challenges because the cape doesn't obscure you're view.
