Unfortunately I think they are refurbished but they do come with the full warranty. You might want to see if Newegg or Directron are having any deals during Labor Day, I've bought parts from both of them and haven't had any problems yet. If you tell me what you're looking for I can send you direct links whenever they have their next sale, they always send their daily deals t my email ;)
