Humble Bundle Thread

I'm late to the party, but if someone could grab one of my three boobs I'd really appreciate it.

Yeah I know you don't like Telltale Games -- or non-pixely things, in general -- but I do. I like the interaction, however minimal.
I like TellTale's stuff, as well.

When I want story development; character development; + something akin to more of a movie & interactive novel - yep, TellTale fits the bill perfectly + does it better than most.

Nothing wrong w/ these kind of "games" - as long as they're actually good.

Now, where's that Heavy Rain + Beyond: Two Souls PC port?

C'mon, Quanatic Dream - make some kind of deal w/ Sony and bring them to other platforms!

ok, MysterD, after consulting with our high overlords at Sony, we will bring our library to PC when you buy yourself a PS3/PS4 from our high overlords' overstocked inventory

Does people claiming those actually unlock something for you guys?
It unlocks the Django/Zorro comic.

I don't understand why people post those links hoping someone will claim them, though. Just use a second e-mail address to redeem the link to a dummy Humble account and you get the bonus on your main account.

This. You don't even need a dummy Humble account, just sending it to a second email and clicking the link in there works.

May as well post them in case someone is actually interested... then claim them yourself if no one has within a couple of days.

any recommendations?
If you somehow don't own Botanicula, I highly recommend it (has been in a few bundles already). It might put you to sleep, but not because it is boring. The game is very relaxing, kind of like hypnosis without the weird sex stuff. I play it when stress is keeping me awake at night. Soundtrack also helps if I don't feel like turning on computer.

So is the $15 tier of the comix bundle worth it?  definitely going in on the BTA and the $15 don't seem as interesting to me but thought I'd ask because too lazy to check back a page or two.

Well, not to me personally. I got in a BTA price of $7 and some change, so paying double that for a few extra graphic novels I only have a marginal interest in doesn't really do anything for me.

I'm really just hoping the unlocks next week include a bunch of The Shadow or Army of Darkness books.

Not to me, but I usually only penny in on these comic bundles. I think there has been one where I BTA. But the higher tier is definitely worth it to a lot of people, because the averages on these are always so damn high.

I always buy the comic bundles.... and never read them.  Seriously...  I go to download a comic, and always quit right there....    I even tried to buy the My little Pony, but my kids would not let me....

What's hypnosis without weird sex? It'd be like a Steam sale without the disappointment.

also, someone should combine the MJ and NC laughing gifs

So Grimrock 2 is one of the titles I planned to pick up during the Steam sale no matter what price it went to. 33% off sounds about right for what it will reach there. Think I should go ahead and buy it now in case nowhere else offers 33% off, or wait to see if Steam (doubtful) or another retailer (GMG 33% + 20% coupon?) has it for cheaper? Guessing probably the latter, but you know how that feeling of having spent $2 more than you know you could have spent keeps you up at night...

I bet 33% is going to be it's peak

It's worth it for me. I'm interested in Ennis, Motter, and Romita. Matt Wagner's probably not giving it his all for some Zorro work-for-hire, but I generally enjoy him as well. I wouldn't pay full-price (~$15) for any of those in TPB, but $6 more than BTA was worth it for all four.

The most interesting book in the bundle are definitely Kirby and American Flagg! Kirby's a complete series, but Flagg! ran much longer than six issues.

New Flash Sale:[/quote]
I really want this game, but I can wait. I'm maybe at 20% through enemy within and don't want to play another game on the same genre until finished it. BTW, if it comes on a humble bundle, it will include the soundtrack
