My friend in Oman told me that WRC Powerslide and Dark are still free. All of the DLC listed is free, too, but the Saints Row IV Executive Pack won't add to your queue if you already have the Season Pass queued. And Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel Online Pass (Paid) is also free. He just queued them all about ten minutes ago.

He said that Just Dance Disney Party goes through to the Purchase screen, but they removed the "Confirm Purchase" option.

if you delete your profile without content...maybe. but this profile is liks 168KB. why do you wanna delete it xD

Dude... Discussion of how one might go about circumventing any restraints in place to get content from a country other than their own... is currently against the rules!

Some reading for everyone that can't read the OP of the thread:

You MAY NOT discuss: How to cheat the system to get content outside of your own country.  This includes discussion about multiple accounts from different countries, illegitimate migrations, VPNs Proxys, etc, etc, etc. It's not that complicated!

Beyond that, more direct measures may be taken to deal with people that can't pass a basic reading test of the first post of this thread.

 
I seriously considered coming in here to troll by asking questions about region hops or Korean age gates.... but the hypocrisy in shutting down the conversation with the website having such a long established history with promotion and glitch abuse ($1 Tomb Raider, .01 Metro Last Light, b2g1 coupon sandwiching and hell... even penny guides) is just about all the 'lols' I can handle today.  Seriously, though, you'd think that people would stop after the umpteenth time a mod says to stop.  Mods are just trying to do what's asked, respect their time.

You can discuss WHAT the free content is and WHERE it is free but do not discuss HOW to get the content. Sounds good to me.

Does anyone know what else is on there? I noticed that there are tons of themes that are working, but not sure what games to even look up. Maybe arcade first?

 
I don't see anything listed in the OP for Oman or a list in any post.  I don't know if this is a complete list of currently free in Oman but it's at least some of it.
