Oh, another, "I feel this thread is offtrack, so I will contribute to that by complaining about it and not talking about the actual topic" post.

This post is about the RZ sale, and people are talking about the results of that sale and the status of their outcomes. Considering this will most likely occur again next year, I find it invaluable to hear more about other CAGs experiences.
 
My $99 tv order shipped about 20 minutes ago. I called to ask why it was sent standard instead of expedited when I had already called yesterday to get it changed to the free expedited, and was offered a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. Not that big a deal, since I don't need it until christmas, I just wanted to know why they didn't do what they said.

When all is said and done, with all the little, and large, mistakes and crap Best Buy puts me through on a consistent basis, I swear if they didn't just throw money/gift cards at me all the time, I just wouldn't shop there anymore.;)
 
Yeah the $99 tv is shipping too. Expedited shipping on mine too so IDK if it'll be here by tomorrow but hopefully by Friday.

So it looks like all my orders that were forced into standard shipping were actually sent as next day air. Did not need them today but way to go BBY. Solving problems before I even complain about them. :)
 
Mine was shipped standard shipping and I have yet to receive anything. It was also UPS Mail Innovations which is by far the worst tracking information ever. Its still at the Ready for UPS stage with no tracking information at all. And its been like 36 hours since I got the e-mail stating that it has been shipped.

mine is that way too, when i check the order on bestbuy.com it says it shipped standard, i never got the option to choose expedited. should i give them a call?
 
Well my vacuum and sandwich grill will be here today. Hopefully my girl will vacuum and then make me a sandwich while I play some XCOM today.
 
There is no standard shipping. Everything is being sent by next day air. The BBY order will say "standard" but if you check the tracking link the UPS site will say "next day air saver".

That's not true. The ones where I chose expedited are being sent UPS but the ones marked standard are being sent UPS Mail Innovations.

At this point, what does it matter? it's shipped. And it was free.

UPSMI is so slow, there's not even a delivery date. Either way, all the expedited games are expected to get here today.

The standard NFSMW is not going to.

True in my case. My Vita arrived this morning. Updating the firmware now.
 
My dead island shipped 11/19 but is still saying shipping info received (mail innovations) and my copy of AC Revelations hasn't even shipped yet.
 
YMMV but my items labeled as "STANDARD" shipping looks like they were actually shipped as EXPEDITED. Both items being delivered today.

ipad was shipped UPS Ground Fresno, CA to Los Angeles, CA
router was shipped UPS 2nd Day Air from KY to CA

Bummer for those who are getting the slow shipping. Everything for this should have just automatically been shipped as expedited due to that being free to Reward Zone. Best Buy didn't handle this very well.

If the shipping status doesn't change by Friday, I'm going to give BBY a call since I highly doubt the order would arrive by Monday/Tuesday if nothing changes.
 
Yep mine shipped from UPSMI and it's not expected to get here till Monday. I guess I should've waited a bit more for them to get their shipping stuff fixed, it wouldn't let me use expedite even though I'm silver when I ordered.
 
So half of my 1st order (printer/roku box) will be here today. Everything from my second order should be here today also. Only thing not coming today is the TV.

This was true for me. I noticed the box said standard and I just figured they would upgrade eveyone automatically. I received all 3 of my orders this morning via UPS.
 
So the movies I ordered finally got scanned for pickup by ups...AC3 still waiting. Anyone else waiting for them to even scan their items. ---Ironically my amazon order I did right after BB's came in today. Gotta love Prime SHipping
 
My PS3 I ordered before the site got "Snowed in" is out for delivery. Games on separate order after the outage comes on Monday. Oh well...

Does BBY typically let you order online for in-store pickup on BF? Most of the items listed now that are going to be on sale say not available for in-store.

$250 laptop got here today shipped regular UPS
AC3 shipped by fucking mail innovations "ready to be processed"
$70 GPS shipped by fucking mail innovations "ready to be processed"

I dont get what is this fascination with UPSMI they are the worst. Their FedEx equivalent which im not sure what is called is way better
 
The rest of my stuff came in today, once again 1 day after it shipped. Got the 26" LED & my 8GB RAM.

Best Buy really surprised me with the overnight shipping, though I guess I'm lucky both tvs came from the same warehouse upstate
 
The three backordered non-games from my order shipped within the past hour, which is nice, but for some reason, they're split across two shipments, one shipped via UPS (Supernatural S7 and Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows) and the other via Mail Innovations (Captain America). :???:

The two shipments probably came from two different warehouses though.

Dang, people are getting their shipments super fast.
I honestly was expecting my stuff in December.

i got my PS3 bundle today. Everything else in my order is being shipped separately and has not yet arrived (games, movies, hard drives).

As for my PS3 bundle, the top was kind of caved in. Did anyone else have this problem?
