Please check the last page in this thread to see the newest coupon. As of May 2010, It's been about 3 months without a 40% coupon, so I had changed the title to something more appropriate than 40% off as it seem unlikely we'd ever get those coupons again.

Is the the 20% extra credit a coupon? I went to my local FYE a few days ago and they said that they stopped the brown bag special.
 
It's been what, 4 months? Last week I bought a recently traded in $32.00 used Britcom DVD and I honestly I did not expect any more 40%ers or else I would have waited. Shoot! Anyway, I let my card expire months ago because of no 40%ers. They are not going to get me to rejoin again unless I see several 40% pop up rather than just 1 every 4 months.

I usually print it out and then cut the coupon out.
 
I'm sure this is YMMV, but at my local FYE in Beverly, MA, the clerks in the store told me that because I'm a backstage pass member, I could bring in expired coupons anytime (ie - 40% off used), and they will always honor the coupon (he said that they have special codes where even if the coupon has expired, they can still ring it up for the coupon's discount). It might be worth a shot asking if your local FYE will do the same.
 
anyone see those preorder coupons they have at the register? they are little square papers/photo copies. the one i got was $2 off any (used?) cd $4.99 and above and the other i saw was $3 off any purchase $14.99 and above. i bet a quick scan of one of those would be an easy way to spread the love.

haha yours is good too! that site just launched today so i doubt very many people know about it. the easiest one on there is to take a picture of yourself at fye and get a $20 gift card

Looks like I picked a perfect time to start up a Backstage Pass. Have some decent used blu-rays around me.
 
When they had this coupon a little over a month ago I got 6 Blu Ray sets for $25-$30 dollars each. Die Hard Collection, LOTR Trilogy, Mummy Trilogy, Fast and the Furiious Trilogy, Rocky Anthology, and Band of Brothers. I once used one on a WWE set too and got it for like $50 bucks. Hoping to find something big this weekend just not sure what I really would want or need. Seriously look at this crazy addiction...
