I appreciate the Ass Creed recommendations, but unless I get 2 or 4 for free, or sub $5, I doubt I'll ever play any of them.

From what I've heard about 4...
The common story between the games turns out to be completely worthless, and made into a big joke.

Considering the fact that Kinect is very much dead in the water at this point I don't think that MS will be doing any serious investing in making anything like this commercially available anytime in the near future. Let's be honest - it's going to be difficult to warrant the development of any non-traditional gaming methods for at least another decade because of that debacle this generation. The only caveat to that is Microsoft likely developing a competing device to the Oculus Rift & Project Morpheus devices. We might see this sort of device sold to attractions but I am willing to bet my kidney that it is a long way off and probably never ever going to come to your home (unless of course you were to buy 6 Kinects and 6 Projectors and build it yourself).

UP put a few tears in my eyes. Not sure if you're into Anime or not, but I highly recommend Grave of the Fireflies if you want to watch an animated film that will literally make you cry your eyes out - that is one hell of a tear jerker. It's a realistic Studio Ghibli film that happens to be, IMHO, one of the greatest war films ever made.

The Desmond story arc is over after 3.

On Sequence 5 so far and I'm enjoying it so far. The naval gameplay is a nice change of pace.

Those are the weepiest animated films ever made in the West and East respectively. Also the first sequence of Up is just cinema in a pure state. If you like anime war films also Barefoot Gen is a must.

I was disappointed in Up after it introduced a villain. It just felt so dull and conventional after how sublime the beginning sequence was. My Neighbor Totoro didn't need a villain. Kiki's Delivery Service didn't need a villain.

 
Been deciding all week if to get the SAN VAN PARTY PACK For Skate 3 and I decided now this second to buy it before it goes off sale xD, I already have skate 3 on ps3 which set me back 20 pounds! after the games release years ago! but when the GOD version came out and for 7 squid. I could not say no! :D. any skate fans in here?

Yes. It was a brilliant move to change Elsa from a villain to a conflicted heroine. But you can tell they still felt the need to shoehorn in a traditional villain at the last second and had to repurpose an interesting side character into something less interesting in order to do it. I still love the movie to death though. :lol:

On the topic of frozen, it's one of my favorite movies, and my favorite disney cartoon by far. I watch it with my 16 month old girl almost every night, she's crazy about it. Even my other kids have gotten tired of it.

I'm the topic of games, I don't know why, but I really want to play testament of Sherlock Holmes. Never played a Sherlock holmes game but I want that one. I would love for that to go on sale tonight.

I'm probably a third of the way through the Vita version. All they really upgraded in the console version is the map, right? Not sure if that is worth $5. Plus the way things have been going lately this will probably pop up for sale on PSN for a few bucks cheaper soon.
 
Wow, before looking at screenshots of MK vs. DCU, I wouldn't have thought it was possible to make the DC characters look any uglier than Injustice did.

 
Holy crap Batman! Lego Marvel is marvelous for on demand $10. Seems like a great game to always have on the hard drive. Any issues with the digital version? Or is PS3 superior? Why am I asking when I can just google?

Yeeeeaah I heard about how the girls especially look a lil funky. Batgirl's teeth kinda bothered me. And sub $7 for vanilla is dampened by all the extra dlc in the ultimate edition. I just want it for the single player really.
