Xbox 10 Year ANniversary Sale- Uno, gears theme (DOnt buy cause of new dashboard) fable 3 dlc, etc....
Also in case anyone missed in in januray The 2K games and dlc sale is back. Please buy the bioshock 2 dlc if you still havent gotten it yet.
 
I was off to purchase Ms. Splosion Man and then saw the 1.94 GB download size. Yikes! I have the space available but do I really want to eat up the size of a dozen other XBLA titles with this? They've made me second-guess my purchasing decision.

It's got a lot of voice acting, videos, and tons of levels... IMO it's worth it.
 
I liked Splosion Man a lot but after playing Super Meat Boy it seemed to have lost its flair when i went to try the Ms. Splosion man demo and I didn't care for it, when its supposedly much better than the first.

Edit: Those that have both Splosion man games, think I should give it another shot? I mean does the demo represent a good portion of the improvements they made?

I really liked Splosion Man, but I like Ms. Splosion Man even better. The levels are really well-designed and the new elements like the zip lines are nicely integrated into the gameplay. Also, the presentation is top-notch, with more environmental variety and a huge number of unlockables like in Comic Jumper.

Ms. Splosion had a pretty fun demo. I've a ton of points in my account (thanks to my non-purchase of the Gears Season Pass) so....I'm in :O

Any ideas what will be in the 2K Games sale?

I'm assuming Bioshock, Borderlands, Mafia and Duke Nukem DLC. That's pretty much all they have out, aside from the 2K Sports side, right?

I'm just wondering how much did you buy it for because the platinum hits version of Mafia 2 comes with all the DLC on a second disc. Might have been a better deal.

It was around $8 shipped if I remember correctly.
 
Since I got Splosion man for only two dollars, spending 5 for the sequel seems too high considering I suck at the game as it is...

Actually I suck at all games from this publisher...IMO fun games like these should be easy.
 
I love Streets of Rage 2, but hard to bite considering I have the genesis disk. Regardless, most likely getting Ms. Splosion Man this week.

And Uno? Who doesn't have Uno at this point? :razz:

Yuck. If I remember correctly, it is published by 2K and probably why it's on sale. Thanks for posting, but man I just couldn't get into that game.

Also, can't believe all the hate here on Splosion Man/Ms. Splosion Man. The 1st one was awesome, I bought it full price when I got my 360 a couple years ago and love it. Can't wait to get into Ms. Splosion Man tonight! ;)
 
The Misadventures of PB Winterbottom is on sale for 400 msp. It's a fun puzzler involving time manipulation and making clones of yourself. If you played Ratchet & Clank A Crack In Time it's like the Clank clock segments, but 2D and fleshed out more. If you like puzzle games give it a try.

edit: Also, it doesn't have a release date but Saints Row 3 is getting free DLC. I only mention it now because it stars CheapyD. He'll be a Homie that you can call in to help out.

GTA IV Lost and Damned Premium theme is 120.

Lost and Damned addon is 600, Gay tony is 1200.

Prey GoD is 1200 msp/$15. Another GoD title on sale makes me hopeful for Black Friday.

Bioshock 2 DLC is all half-price. Minerva's Den, Protector Trials, Rapture Metro, and Sinclair Solutions Tester Pack.

Just one man's opinion but the Mafia 2 DLC isn't worth $2, let alone $5. I beat the Joe's Adventure pack, but it really soured the game for me.
