I got these Black OPs codes back when people where basically giving away the vouchers to email for the pre-order code. At one point they where worth less than what the carrot prop goes for right now on ebay. Only reason I am even giving them away is game stop keeps saying at the end of the month they expire and for some reason unlike other codes that still work years later I believe gamestop.

You had to decode into Base64, then decode with HEX.
