I called DR and they told me they escalated my issue and I would receive an email within 2-3 business days. Doubt I ever get one. I will ask for a replacement shipment first and foremost. Then refund. If they refuse refund, I will contact my bank and have the charge reversed.
you will get your refund, but you have to hound digital river for it. otherwise, they will "forget" about it. this frustrating process will take a few months. Hate to say i told you so, but dealing with digital river should be avoided at all cost. when things go wrong with digital river, it becomes pita.
