well Meijer beat out Gamestop. Too bad they don't start til 6 am though. But I guess that lets stopping at other stores easier. Beyond Two Souls, Lego Marvel, and maybe wwe2k14 and Batman Origins for me. Would like to get the collectors edition of Origins though.

Try 12 hours BEFORE they open. I'm not even remotely joking either.

2 years ago I camped out at Best Buy at 11 AM for that $200 Sharp 40" HDTV and there were already at least 30 people ahead of me. 2 people right behind me were the last of the ones to get tickets for the TV.

 
I thought we had known all the deals last year by the same time frame.

Hopefully BestBuy does the Reward Zone pre-sale. Still nothing I saw peaks my interest. It's good I get to keep my money.

 
That 55" LG LED HDTV might be worth it for me if its the same model as this model on the bestbuy.com website.

From the looks of it, its a 3D Smart TV for $500. If true, I'm sold.

 
I'm kind of pissed that the PS3 bundle is sooo much better than the 360 bundle. In the market for a new 360, but damn, wouldn't mind getting a system with 2 amazing games as opposed to a game I have and a game I don't care about

Ehh not really. I'm thinking about buying it to keep in the bedroom as I'm tv shopping and I have a 55" Sony for the living room. It will be better than SD, but it won't be amazing. For the price it's worth it but even at 1080p don't expect it to be in the same class as a samsung or sony, or even that lg.

We picked up a 55" insignia for our church once and it was pretty pixelated, but that's been a couple years.

My girlfriend got a 40" Insignia as a graduation gift from her brother last year and we have it in the living room with no issues using it. At $169 it's tempting but I don't think I'll be close enough to BB that early on Thanksgiving.

I live in Florida and have never seen a Meijer store. Has Amazon matched their prices in the past?

I'd love to get Lego Marvel for $20 and WWE2K14 for $30. And holy crap at that Wii U bundle price.

So I refuse to leave house for Black Friday.  I've been really eyeing the Zelda 3DS Xl bundle and don't really expect to see it on sale somewhere for BF.  I hate that pretty much everywhere is charging shipping and tax on it so its full MSRP for me.  

Getting a regular 3DS XL for 149.99 though might sway me though.  What are the chances of Amazon matching that 149.99 3DS XL for BF?

I dont think so either. One good thing though is GS is opening later than everyone else so maybe won't be as many people in line (but it also could mean more lol)
 
Now that i think about it i hope whatever games are on sale at wally world scan at the bf price way ahead of time just like last year. Go in at midnight on thanksgiving and get whatever you want and let the morons trample each other later.

 
Best Buy is going to have early online access on the Monday before Black Friday for Elite Reward Zone folks again.  Got the email a little while ago.

First off, when did I ever attack Radio Shack, lol. 2nd, where did I say anything about Radio Shack deals? I simply said I have no idea how they stay in business. I have 4 of them in my area and I have NEVER seen more than 1 person in any of those stores at any given time, 20 years running. Beyond that, I have never known a single person that actually shops at Radio Shack. Nothing about Radio Shack impresses me and I have seen far better companies, at least imo, go out of business the last 10 years. when I say I don't understand how they stay in business, I mean just that.

I honestly think there is an epidemic taking place in regards to reading comprehension. Its unbelievable how many people I run into on a daily basis on the internet that can't seem to read a simple post without inferring a bunch of crap that was never even said. Its almost like they can't remember from one moment to the next what exactly it was they just read. My advice, start reading a few books every now and then. Shut off the computer, shut off the video game system and actually do some mental exercises like actually reading. It might just do wonders!!

I have to agree with you. I do dislike this intrusion, if you can call it that, into such an important family holiday. It's like trying to fight off some sort of evil temptation. I doubt though that this move by retailers will be unsuccessful. If anything, it will reduce some of the frenzy throughout the late-night.

I would like to say that I will refuse to participate in this, but the CAG part of me might be hard to overcome.

 
Anyone know if that Meijer deal is going to be online as well?  I'd like to get WWE 2K14 for $30, although I need the 360 version and they show the PS3 version in the picture.

 
so does gamestop give you a 60 day wow gamecard when you buy sc2 WoL, sc2 HotS, or WoW: MoP at the sale price? or did i read that wrong? think you could get more than 1 60 day card by buying more than 1 game?
