So mo still loves halo too much, has anyone played halo and agree the game is the pretty much the same?

That's an exact quote from mo who says smash is the same and halo has changed from 1 to 4...

From what i have played of halo is seems like a generic fps, nothing has stood out to me as being this amazing franchise?

Am I missing something?

Also now mo denys saying that even though i typed it in as he said it and repeated it back to him...

Again quoted me wrong, I said it would NOT be the same as it is today since it is the game that made Xbox Live, which made other consoles start doing more online stuff. Obviously there was online games before Halo 2, but it made the online console boom happen. Dreamcast had online, other systems before Xbox had online, of course PC had online.

But whatever he is blinded by nostalgia and cant admit when garbage is garbage.

Maybe too many fps feel the same?

I played it on PC, but yeah, Shadow of Mordor is awesome and worth $25 as long as it's for PC or PS4/XBone and not the supposedly gimped last gen versions.

Yeah, same price at BB if you have GCU so you can get it for $20, if you don't it's still worth the $25 easily.

I can't find a control scheme I like in smash.

Maybe I just need to use a GC controller.

Also remember when people used to abbreviate Gamecube as GCN? That was weird.

 
I decided to just get Smash Bros. digitally and bought a few eshop cards at the Target sale. Downloading it now but it will take awhile.

I fuckING HATE THAT SHIT! I was playing Crazy Orders, got to my 12th challenge and fucker popped up and I died because of it!

I wanted to play games today, but I didn't get much gaming done. I mainly window shopped PS4 games. Read a lot about Skullgirls devs creating a patch so you can use PS3 fightsticks on PS4 games and now I'm excited for all the possibilities! Tomorrow I'm going to thin out my PS3 collection of junk and pick up some PS4 stuff at GS. Hoping to get Killzone Shadowfall and maybe some PSN cards to prepare for the PSN Black Friday sale. Hopefully that will have some good PS4 digital titles on sale.

This is what mine is. Turned off tap to jump. Made the Y button also be normal attacks, although I haven't been using it for attack. It is kind of annoying that I can't make it the default scheme.

I actually use tap to jump haha, seems like most people don't though.

 
I don't really mind tap jump? There's just... there's just a lot going on with the analogue stick already is all.

Apparently some characters, like Ike and Kirby, can benefit from leaving it on so that they can up+B straight out of their shield.

 
Sorry I didn't get on today, guys. I was crazy busy with shit. I did play in a Smash tournament at GS, though! I came in first out of 13 other people. It was a lot of fun. Last match was Bowser vs. Lucina.
