Animal Crossing New Leaf

Hello everyone, I recently got a 3DS and this was the first game I have purchased. I honestly dont know much about the game, but if there is a way to play with others I am completely down. I really want to experience every nook and cranny and this game !

While I could stop him, I feel letting the characters leave keeps the game fresh. Plus I stopped him from moving the last time he mentioned it. If anyone would like to try and convince him to move to your town, let me know. His last day is the 7th. He's always been a nice guy to me. I hate it had to be him.

Anyone still looking for a gorilla to move in? I'll leave him up for grabs till Monday morning. If no one tries to convince him to move out to there town, I might tell him to stay. Figured I'd give the CAG community a chance at him if anyone wanted a new neighbor.

I also have Katie in town for the second day in a row, so I'll need to drop her off somewhere.

Quick tip ...cause I also get annoyed by repeat dialogue sometimes... when going to the island solo press B about 5-6 times and he'll stop singing and get you right to the island. :)
 
I'm super angry right now. Someone came over to my town today and stole/destroyed a few of my flowers, including my only black roses.

 
I have 4 golden cans from my other game (I use it to play elsewhere) that I wouldn't mind trading for hybrids. I'll accept anything blue and anything purple (except for violets!) if you're interested. Shoot me a PM, or post here; I'll check back frequently.

I deleted roughly 4-6 people off of my friends list today because a lot of my hybrid flowers were intentionally destroyed and a lot of fruit was taken.

Wouldn't mind getting an extra for Arkham so I don't need to worry about watering flowers so often. Got some purple roses I'd trade. May have some other purple flowers too.

Seem to have lost my black tulips.




As for fossils, I seem to have traded the extra raptor skull. I'll keep an eye out for the extra.

I'm not about to clear off 62 people off my friends list. I know it was some person who named their character "Cari" from a town I forget and the person said they were from Rome, but I think that's BS. I basically deleted anyone I thought it could've been who was online or was online a little while before I checked.

I did it in multiple sessions, slowly clearing it off, then once I noticed someone stole from me, I deleted everyone.

 
A blacklist isn't a bad idea at all. But some of us trade in multiple places, so maybe tracking just CAGs will have to do.

I'm going to try and plant a hybrid in every town I visit. I've got a few orange I don't mind sharing,

Cromzz, I have 2 purple roses I'd definitely trade, plus a few random hybrids of other flowers, mostly pink and orange. I need to sort the flower sections I was just dumping bought flower bags in anyway.
 
I've been lucky but then again I've only allowed CAGs into my town and a few friends from other places that I completely trust. The times I've used reddit (for Katie and the like) I've just deleted the card after I was done.

Yeah, I was definitely thinking only CAGs. Do you have any pansies at all, in terms of hybrids?

It'd be great if you didn't mind checking. Also, how long will you be around? If you wait until about 7:45 EST, maybe even 8, I can get you more than one can, as I'm farming them.

I restart every time I get all 4, after sending them to my main town.

Bring whatever you think is fair, opening my gates now.

This is a good idea. I think I'll have to cross-reference the CAG list and my friends list and delete the non-CAGers. Nothing has happened to me yet but seems like decent insurance.

 
I've actually started stored my jacobs ladder and black roses the few times I've let unknown people into town (turnips and such). Someone mentioned "Cari" - it wasn't Cari**a (* = a star, not me editing the name) was it? I let someone in with that name a few days ago to sell turnips...

Edit: And how sad it is that we have to consider a blacklist because people can't be nice enough to treat other town with respect. COME ON.

Don't get me wrong I'm sure there are fine people on reddit, gamefaqs etc. This just allows me a level of comfort as so far nothing bad has happened within this group and being on a smaller scale anything troubling would be much easier to pinpoint.

Well the only people I'd want to visit my town for any reason other than for specific transactions would be CAGs so...
