What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I wish my Vita had a UMD slot so I could take advantage of these cheap JRPG PSP games on AWD. Cheaper than PSN and doesn't take up space on my Vita memory card? T_T

I wouldn't be too happy if I actually managed to be able to purchase a cheap vita, then Amazon cancels the order on me, and then I check CAG and some people actually got their vitas lol.

IDK what's worse, completely missing out on the opportunity to get the Vita, or having Amazon tricking you into thinking you actually got a vita. haha either way, rough life =P

nah, it was more likely the system took the same order at the same time and so they got more orders than stock. Amazon tends to be wayyy nicer than all other retailers, if this had happened in another place he wouldn't even get the $5 and other ones who did get their items would have been cancelled and tell you it was a price error.

I wish a xillia would turn up before I end up spending my amazon money again like I did on that miles edgeworth. hopefully by the time it does they'll have some crappy gcn games on sale again for so I can snag some extra cases along with it.

Well there were some the other night during crazy time for $45. If you don't mind paying tax though you cang et it new from Gamestop for $45 right now. Use the coupon code GUST15 to take $15 off it and SAVER to get from shipping.

 
Just opened up my vita today and its in immaculate condition with a screen protector on it. However I couldn't find the memory card anywhere in the box. It wouldn't let me play the game without a memory card in either. I later discovered the memory card was already in the Vita. So I'm thinking my vita might not be able to read memory cards, which is obviously a huge problem.
 
I just finally opened and inspected my Vita.

Looks like I am missing a wire.

The box says USB Cable, AC adaptor, and AC power cord. I only have two wires. I don't have the adaptor, the big block in which it connects to, in the box.

It says 'like new'--what do I do? Can I still charge it via the USB to my computer or something?

You can use your computer to charge the vita. It charges slower, but it works.

Haven't tried charging via computer yet. But it will probably charge via PS3 if u have one. Also they sell AC adapters at Best Buy for $3 on clearance if u can find one in store.

You can use a generic USB charger but it has to be one that supports up to 2 or 2.1 amps. Charging it through USB or a weaker USB charger doesn't work unless it's entirely shut off and it will be slow as sin. Check the clearance page for your local Best Buy as well, they were clearancing out the wall chargers for like $4. Nook tablet chargers also work and are what I use when travelling with it.

But it said 'like new' and it should include all of the contents. I have my second one coming in tomorrow. I will compare and see.

I purchased it with the intention of, dare I say, flip it.

Wouldn't this qualify as not 'like new' if it's missing that then? But then why would they sell it as 'like new' :(

It should have yes but you should be well familiar with how consistently they grade things by now. ;)

Contact them and maybe they'll give you some money back or a discount on a charger.

all you do is write them saying you think its wrong they cancelled your order... very good chance you will get an email back saying Place an order for a NEW ONE and they will sell it to you for the used price.... that is how i got my VITA for 200 back in march 2012

I just caught the end of this conversation, but if you need one of those adapters for cheap, Best Buy has them on clearance for under $4 (mine did the other day at least).

I don't think anyone will fault you for flipping considering that was pretty much one of the two things you can do with it but you might wanna test the waters by trying to sell it to someone else rather than trading it in for store credit, unless by flipping you mean selling it at a higher price which than by all means go for it.

I was gonna send it for store credit so I can put it towards the Xbox One or just anything in general. I've asked friends if they were interested, but none really were.

Also to the one that posted about the memory card. Did you format it?

Anyone know which screen protector covers the whole front of the vita, not just the screen? Mine has the full coverage which is weird and idk where it came from. Would like to know in case I need another.

I know Zagg makes an Invisible Shield that covers the whole front but there's so many wacky no name brands of screen protectors.

Yea what the rest of the people said.

Go to Best Buy and see what you can get on clearance for the Vita. Mine had the Rocketfish starter kit (the case sucks in my opinion; the one that comes with the first edition bundle is better) and the Sony Car charger.

Starter kit : 2.99
Car Charger : 3.99

You may also find a small vita stand and the wall charger.
 
Based on the clearance I see by store on the website, there isn't a single Vita anything in my surrounding stores that are on clearance. Might have to stop and take a look.

If I chat with Amazon, the most they would do is refund $5 I'd say on the $35 or give a charger for free. I may just call them tomorrow.
 
I was nervous about the Like New status of the vitas due to most of the cheap games during that sale being damaged.

Everyone pretty much got boned on the MW3 HE and Dark Souls. Missing items or dents/damage.

For the price of the stuff though its honestly hard to complain :)

I think folks on CAG would be willing to beat the price that gamestop, bestbuy or amazon offers plus pay for shipping. Or you can use amazon which is pretty easy and a relatively quick way to sell something but then you there is always the chance that u get 'that guy' who will either try to scam you or expect a used item to look perfectly new or untouched no matter how much you clarify that it is used in the item descriptiong. I usually trade in my games as a last resort but trading/selling to other CAGs tend to work out very smoothly plus i get more money

I believe GS was giving $100 if I'm not mistaken. Amazon is giving $152 and I rather just send it in and avoid the hassle. To me, amazon credi is just as good as cash. I use it for a lot of things.

I've asked friends to sell to them for cheap, but they aren't fans of portable gaming
