kimi ni todoke, nice.
That's the last Atlus PS2 game I need to have every single PS2 game they released in NA. Thank you for reminding me to start hunting for one again. hahaI don't gave a pic right now, but I just got a complete like new copy of Rule of Rose for $50 from 2ndandCharles and had to tell someone.
What's the point of these? There's no disc inside, right?I had to pick up these two boxes this weekend.
It's just dirt. I thought the same though. It looks like it was left in a basement for a while in all honesty. A few of the games needed a bit of a cleaning but everything is working. That Dreamcast looks like its covered in blood....or poo
Apparently there's a collector's pin inside too, but people are basically equating this to the MvC2 PS3 box only, and the MvC2 box is pretty valuable now. What's the point of these? There's no disc inside, right?
Capcom makes a very limited print of theses voucher only boxes. I bought 2 MVC2 copies while back when they were selling at GameStop. My sealed copy was going for about 300 bills a while back. All collector's know about the value of these boxes. What's the point of these? There's no disc inside, right?
I'm a collector and boxes with nothing inside are completely worthless to me.Capcom makes a very limited print of theses voucher only boxes. It has a voucher code in it so it's not totally empty.I'm a collector and boxes with nothing inside are completely worthless to me.

Yes, but your own personal opinion has no bearing on the overall zeitgeist, now does it? =PI'm a collector and boxes with nothing inside are completely worthless to me.
It does when a statement such as, "All collector's know the value of theses boxes" is made.Yes, but your own personal opinion has no bearing on the overall zeitgeist, now does it? =P
OMG, please give it a rest. Go somewhere else with your trolling. It does when a statement such as, "All collector's know the value of theses boxes" is made.
Well, he surely meant the monetary value of them. When you bring in how 'valuable' a item is specifically to you, then things will get hairy and extremely varied on a person to person basis. However, when talking monetary value, most collectors do probably know how much they're worth--whether they find them to be 'valuable' or not. Maybe 'all' shouldn't have been said, and maybe we're all getting just a bit too hung up in semantics. It does when a statement such as, "All collector's know the value of theses boxes" is made.
I had no idea (and I also couldn't care less about owning something like that), but it sure as hell ain't worth groaning about. If an empty box becomes valuable, then so be it. Stranger things have happened...Well, he surely meant the monetary value of them. Check out the one for MvC2. That thing is worth a ridiculous amount of money!I had no idea (and I also couldn't care less about owning something like that), but it sure as hell ain't worth groaning about. If an empty box becomes valuable, then so be it. Stranger things have happened...
off. I'm not trolling. I'm just trying to understand the value others see in something I find extremely trivial.OMG, please give it a rest. Go somewhere else with your trolling.
Well, that's the thing, as you can see from Wiggy's post, I'm not the only collector that hardly knew these things existed, much less the "value" of them. The suggestion that these items are well known and part of mainstream collecting is not something I agree with. And I'm not bitching about them or groaning over them, I'm just honestly curious what the appeal of owning these is. Far be it from me to criticize someone on what they want to collect, but is it a crime to ask them why?Well, he surely meant the monetary value of them. Quality picks ups right there. I loved nhk and also have every volume of the manga and that same collectors edition boxset. I wasnt paying $200+ for volume 6, so i just got the second half of the season since i hate save editions. Also lovely complex, excellent choice as well.
Latest pickups! Basically most of what I've been getting in as of late.
Have almost everything NHK now, just missing that elusive Volume 6 dvd. And majority of the NHK and Battle Royale manga were from a fellow CAG, just had to order a couple issues to complete them. And also ordered Lovely Complex, and got Negima and Scrapped Princess in a trade.
Very happy overall, just need to find the time for all of it!
There is another human being on the planet that knows about this show? I loved this show when I was little, but I have never spoken to anyone else that knew it existed!!
