What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

You were a good mod and so was Shrike. Kept folks in line. No wonder the threads are going unmoderated as they are. IO, Wario and the rest probably have their hands full. We need new mods to take control of certain threads. Handsomepete and confoosious seem like a good fit to be mods (because they don't put up with BS). How about it confoosious and Handsomepete?

 
I received my LN Radiant Historia. It came with an outside box and included the soundtrack. Is this a special edition copy or do they all come like that?

Something needs to be done, I dont know whats been.  Ive seen more pointless, flip talk post in the last 2 months then Ive ever seen in the whole 4 years Ive been on and off cag.  I guess there not enough help or people are just giving up because of all the complaints about things being deleted.

WOW...you got very lucky and got a first print copy. Those are actually worth quite a bit, and no, the reprints dont come with those. Very Jealous.

You got the 1st print run. Lucky you! I got mine as well but it was just the regular edition. Still happy for what I paid for it.

 
DealSeeker basically is all that is good (what's left anyways) about CAG. Mod would be great, hell if Cheapy's smart he hands over the keys to the site to him and just kicks back...

1) no previously banned user would ever last more than 24 hours. I can sniff them out like a drug dog. That's you IATCG and kuropansa.
2) there'd be nobody left on cag cause I'd ban people for using bait and switch incorrectly and your vs you're. And id ban any idiot who said "gonna wait tilll $x"

We definitely need something to be done though. Shit has been out of control. I feel like shrike was the most active of the mods in the deals forum and now that he's gone, the inmates run the asylum.

So...amazon sent me a VG copy of a PS3 game in a Blu ray case...

The cover art is smashed into it since it doesnt fit properly 0.o

I did check that the item you purchased is sold by a third party seller and it was used. Usually items that are refurbish has items that are not as what you expect.

Me:It says sold by: Warehouse Deals which I believed was amazon warehouse. Also the game was rated Very Good which means all original materials

That is correct, the item is in good condition but the case can be different because the item is used and refurbished.

If you want, you may return the item back to us for a full refund and you may place a new order for this item since you are not satisfied.

Now if Cheapy were to actually pay a wage, I'd come back to it. But an annual Christmas gift (although a generous one) to keep an ever-growing community under control? Forget it. It's practically a full-time job keeping this shit in order.

She said Amazon doesnt deal with AWD so there's nothing she can do.  Also a "very good" game may come in a different case since it's refurbished...

 
Your really complaining to amazon over a case though?  You cant just goto GS and buy a $0.89 used game and replace the case.  Its not that serious to complain over a case

It's ordering a VG game and getting Acceptable condition. Idc about the case really. It's the fact that AWD (or whoever grades theM) needs to get their crap straight

Thanks for the kind words. I am active mostly in this thread, JP's thread, and AmazonTIV thread and outside of the realm of those threads I just frequent the overall threads so it really does need someone like confoosious and his tough love approach who manages to oversee them all somehow. The mod's job is not going to make him or her any friends but to enforce order. Confoosious has toughed it out before which is why he was my choice alongside Handsomepete who has experience running and to an extent regulating a thread without being a mod.

I wish Cheapy would compensate you and others for what you do. Overseeing a site of this magnitude is quite an undertaking to say the least so despite Cheapy's goodwill, there needs to be compensation for your efforts. Agree with you there that this is definitely a full time job.
