Fair enough. The gamepad UI makes traversing non-gaming apps a lot nicer on the Wii U than other systems IMO.

 
i have a question regarding games you get from steam, what happens if steams goes out of business? or they shut down their networks, are you still able to access those games you brought through steam, or can you access those games from steam anytime offline?

Got a bunch of gaming in today.

Played a bit more NSMBU. I don't know that I'll bother with getting all the star coins. It's a bunch if hassle to just unlock a few suoer hard levels.

Also played a little ALBW. Finished my first dungeon I'm Lolrule--thieves hideout.

Mostly played Tomb Raider though. I'm loving it so far. I'd guess I'm roughly half through it since I saved after the camp that produced the 5/10 of Lara's journal entries. Game has great atmosphere and some if the best graphics I've seen on PS3.
 
While I was playing Rogue Legacy I noticed like 4 people from this thread getting on MGR :p

Rogue Legacy Spoilers I suppose?

The Dragon (achievement lists him as special, why I'm spoilering) is pretty fun to use, very different then the rest of the classes and it gives the game a new feel. I'm not that great as using it yet though, my magic is kind of low leveled though. That said, I've beaten 3 of the bosses so far and am really enjoying the game, looking forward to doing the underworld.

 
The last dungeon of that game is the longest fuckin thing ever.

Ran through that shit cuz I needed to take the game back to blockbuster RIP

This Portal run is crazy. Love that the two guys are right next to each other while playing to increase the banter they sound like best friends kind of how like me and Mando-Dawg sound when we do high level speed running of Castlevania HD together no big deal.

I remember when me and indidawg would speedrun castlevania games and like die before getting the boss. You know speedrun strats its cool you don't understand you guys aren't speed runners

I just got past Alucard in my Hardcore Speedrun of Castlevania MoF.

It's a race between Mando-Dawg and I and I'm pretty sure I'm probably winning maybe.

I just got to that boss its like a hair dog thing and it says RUN on top and you can't avoid its attack even if you run

Not sure if this applies to netflix, but I know I've turned off just the gamepad screen before. I think you can just press the power button on the gamepad without holding it down, and that just turns the gamepad off. Maybe it still uses the battery though.

 
I wish I was Melonie and that I was a professional child who just gets to sit around the house and play games all day

but real life is fun too, sometimes
