What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

It was listed for $237.59 in acceptable condition on Friday but as you can see it is very much new. Few other folks including fellow CAGs snagged one as well on Friday so lets see what they get.

It was opened but that was it (as if to do a quality check). Steal of a deal for it. Everything is still shrink wrapped and wire tied. The controller still has the plastic cover on the face of the directional and action buttons. Serial on the box matches serial on the console.

w.r.t. the Shield, it always irks me when things like that say "large mark on disk". Like, what does that even mean for a console?

It means the box it comes in will have some kind of scratch or "mark". Otherwise it should be fine. My ps4 said the same thing and you can see how that turned out to be. It is still a gamble when it comes to acceptable conditioned items but that is the risk we take for such amazing deals.

The question is though, is it a BF3 disc inside or a BF4 disc?

Damn that really is a steal. I keep seeing them pop up but I never take one because I have one already and I'm not greedy. I just hope the Zelda 3DS XL I ordered for $178.xx is brand new like that. I'll be pissed if the game code is used - it's my first Nintendo console since the SNES only because of the new Zelda lol

I'm curious DS2U, if we bought used items from Amazon/seller, can we get an outside warranty for the item? I bought an X1 and would love to put a warranty to it.

 
For sony items you need a receipt as the original purchaser. I remember I had a vita from awd that developed a dead pixel and the awd receipt was a no go.
 
I keep watching the descriptions of these used Nexus 7's change from everything from "item will come repackaged" to "cosmetic damage on (every facet of the body)".   :whee:

I wish I had those powers. I would relive that cheap 360s / vita / LEs and SEs night all over again or just that past Monday or Friday restocks. :)

Like others said, you can still put a squaretrade warranty on one if bought used.

Hey DealSeeker, I'm curious as to what page you check mainly, I have not been able to get any of these sub $3-2 games to appear no matter where I look, I have to go directly to the game itself

The Low-High sort sometimes doesn't work for newly placed cheap games. I don't know how 2u or Eldritch, for that matter, does it, but I just look around on new and popular.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.

That Your Shape game was there for several minutes but I could never get it to appear unless I went directly to the game page

 
Never mind, I can see that the sorting is completely broken.

If you sort High to Low, the last pages are nowhere close to being the lowest items

I asked this and other questions about how to go about things on AWD (payment trick, etc.) several times to no avail. Mainly it's because I really would like to help contribute to the thread too instead of just the 1 or 2 members mainly doing all the updates. It seems that these things are some big secret no one wishes to divulge for some reason.
