I know nobody cares, but my $2 Batman Arkham Asylum from last week was cancelled. Old news is old, of course. But I finally got confirmation.
 
Well fuck.

First off the good news. Got my 60gb ps3. Was listed LN. But comparing outside of mine to another cags (LordVila) mine has worse wear on it, couple big marks on the top but otherwise pretty good. Came with sixaxis, power cable, hdmi cable, usb cable for the sixaxis, and some manuals. Booted fine, set it up to update to 4.55, will test more in a bit.

Bad news, Gold wireless headset CAME WITHOUT THE fuckING WIRELESS DONGLE. Headset looks brand spanking new, its really nice. Dig out the little box of accessories, had the bag and the usb cable to charge and the 3.5mm cable to use with a vita. Was like sweet its basically new. Then it hit me. No fuckING DONGLE. So pissed. Was graded a G, never looked at listing description really but doubt it would have said the dongle was missing.

Time to hit up amazon to see what I can do about it.

 
My LN 60gb ps3 came in today. Getting information on it from my family. supposedly everything looks like it's never been used (though i'll be the judge of that :p). Came w/ controller & usb, power cord, A/V cord, and an ethernet cord. I'll be able to turn it on/test it out/check temps this weekend.

 
Returning the gold headset, had them add to the return that the dongle is missing so hopefully they wont just relist them. 

AWD, such a cruel mistress lately.

Got mine today and like yours, it's obviously not brand new. Some scuffs on the top of the console and lots of dust on everything! But...after a little cleaning up and hooking it up, I'm happy to say its 100% working. Plus, where I have it in my setup you can't see any of the scuffs on top, so it looks perfect. AND, Day One code was unused. Very happy with my first big AWD purchase.
 
I picked up a like new 250 gb ps3 ( last of us + batman arkham origins bundle ) a few months back from AWD. It looked like a quick trade in or return, as it looked like whoever opened it, played it only for a day or two. Everything looked as close to brand new as you could get, except the games were already opened up ( mint condition, all codes were valid too).

Yeah they are relatively reputable. I picked one up for a quick play and trade despite some lackluster reviews, though the downer is the long shipping / delivery estimate.

 
Hrmm forgot the old models were supposed to come with an ethernet cable. If I boomerang this PS3 is the lack of ethernet cable going to bite me in the ass?

 
I got my Heavy Rain today. The disc is loose and it had a nasty WHD sticker on it and I was going to have dinner so I'll check on it later.
 
Hmm for anyone looking for Killzone for $25, for some reason when I checked my TRU today I saw some copies tagged at $25.70...red sticker, dunno what that means. Don't have a PS4 so I didn't care about it but I thought it was interesting

Thanks for the heads up! I had the AWD one and decided to cancel. I'm going to wait until it hits $20.
 
Got my haul from the restock that included an (A) PSP and (G) PS3.

The PSP was the system and power cord only. Being white, it was in really good condition. Appears everything is in working condition but I don't have any games to test it out LOL.

The PS3 came in the original box, all the accessories were included and the system itself was also in really good condition. But of course, the disc drive won't accept any discs. Debating trying to take it apart or just return it. The controller was also missing the piece between the R1 and R2 button.

Probably bad luck since I snagged the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 SE that Eldrich missed. The slipcover was a little rough but the steelbook was sealed with comic attached.

I got my LN copy of Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate (vita). Didn't come with a manual, but I'm not sure if it ever had one to begin with. Anyone know if it's supposed to have one?

I was able to snag one of the PS3's from the last restock as well and was also disappointed when I found out that the disc drive on the one I got also doesn't accept any discs. You'd think they would at least test out the systems by trying out any disc and seeing if it'll play. Sigh. I thought I finally got lucky and was able to pick up a cheap console off of AWD.

You could always repair it. There are a lot of DIY guides out there. Still sucks, but it's better than receiving one with YLOD.

I'm pretty sure this is new but anyone notice when you review your AWD order, it now has the listing description and not just the grade.

Someone else mentioned that about a month or so ago but still fairly new I am guessing as outside of that one person and you I have not heard anyone else mention it.

I think you're both drunk since I see no such thing on mine.  Then again it's just as likely that it's Amazon's wacky different people get different page layouts nonsense.
