My purchase was made with a debit card so the amount has already been deducted from my account. Who knows what's going on lol.
 
I put in an order and then changed my mind. I called customer service and cancelled the order. Oddly enough though the website still shows that it's processing the items but the hold on my account was left to expire. I have no idea what's going on with the order.

Edit-umm, nevermind. Now my order says it has shipped but it looks like there's still no charge to my account. I'm really confused now.

In case anyone hasn't ordered from the MS Store before they have a habit of cancelling the initial charge on your CC the recharging it, if you have multiple orders.

Basically they may combine orders and charge you the combined amount.

Mine shipped yesterday, kinda bummed won't arrive until Monday though. I am so spoiled by Best Buy's 2 day expedited delivery.

Didn't get that $10 gift card that was supposed to be with Titanfall yet, though the email does say up to 10 days after the order has shipped.

 
I never got a shipping notice, but UPS informed me a package will be delivered tomorrow. It'll be like Christmas! Who knows what in the hell is in the box. Probably Brad Pitt's head.

 
The money they deducted for my order (I only placed one) is sitting back in my account...

I already have the games and the site still says "in progress" lol

I've ordered from the site multiple times and this has never happened, so weird.

We'll see. If nothing else I have the referral number from my cancellation so if I have to return the games I'm hoping they don't try to charge me for return shipping.

Their site is run by digital river, isn't it? I swear I've read accounts from people on here about other companies' online stores run by digital river where these sorts of gaffes seem to occur frequently with varying results to buyers.
 
I received all my games yesterday. But haven't heard anything about the extra Titanfall code as of yet. That will just be the icing on the cake to this great deal.

Ha.. I traded in my copy of NBA 2k14(PS4) @ Target and planned on rebuying it for the One. This deal was just perfect timing! :D/

 
So turns out I didn't win, a charge ended up popping up this afternoon for those games. Looks like I'll have a call to make.

I might take them up on it, but it says to wait 10 days after shipment.

 
OK so this is interesting. UPS just delivered 5/6 games from my order. I never received tracking for them or anything, and my order still says 'processing' on my account...

The only game that DID recieve tracking is coming monday...

Dare we say that microsoft might not charge any of us for these games lol?

Not likely. Every time I've ordered from them I get the shipping email on the day of delivery or after delivery.
 
So, I have UPS set to just leave stuff at my door.

I was in the city for work all day and then class at night as usual and I just now got back home to my apartment to see my package sitting at my door.

I tossed it on my kitchen table and went about my nightly routine. I went back to finally open it up and realized the seal on the mailer was super loose. Meh whatever I thought and opened it up.

Well there were only 2 of the 3 games in there. The shipping manifest says there was supposed to be 3. Most likely then, someone stole my effing game. I am so pissed off right now it is ridiculous. 

I contacted Microsoft and they are escalating it to a higher level to investigate but I mean they are going to probably be like well we sent it, sorry we can't prove that you actually never got it.

So it was either someone in UPS or one of my effing neighbors. I am so beyond angry right now.

Man, sorry to hear that. It was most likely one of your neighbors. I hate fucking people like that. Open somebody's package, take something out and put it back like nothing happened. I hope everything works out, and MS gives you a replacement copy.

Thanks, me too hah.

I ALWAYS have stuff delivered and left at my door though so that is what really throws me off. And I always am in the city until late very day so they always just sit there.

Now I am scared to have anything just left there at my door now but with my schedule I can never really go pick stuff up when they are open. I may have to start having stuff delivered to my office then instead. : /

Damn, dude - that's really crappy. I've had that happen before, only the entire package was lifted.

Which is the only thing that surprises me about your situation.. why leave the other 2 games? Some sense of conscience kick in, or maybe Mr. or Ms. or Mrs. Jerkweed already had those 2? Strange.

Well I ordered 6 games and got 9. An extra Xbox One Titanfall, Ass Creed, and a Madden 25 which I didn't not even order. Didn't even have a packing list in it?????/

I placed one order and it didn't come with a receipt. They threw it in an envelope, slapped a shipping label on it and sent it.
 
Got my order today of Lego marvel, ghosts, and need for speed. It helps because I traded in my copies to target last week for $123. This was a great deal. I wish I bought more but I usually don't spend cash on games very often. I try to use credit. This deal was just too good.

Exactly, Thank you. I have no idea where Madden 25 came into play. I never even considered it as I don't play sports games. I had traded GTA V and Ass Creed to Target so basically paid for the 6 games minus 25.00. Ive got the 2 Titanfalls sold for 40.00 each. Keeping the GTA V, Ass Creed, Lego Marvel, idk what to do with the download for COD ghost may keep may give away, trading other Ass Creed, Madden 25, and Dark Souls II to gamestop or BB I guess.

There was a deal at gamestop that if u donate a dollar to charity, a coupon would print on the receipt for 40% extra trade in value next week. I'm not sure if the deal is still working though.
