  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

Don't keep up with this thread as much as I used to, but quick question. Has Trails Fusion gone on sale yet? If not, anyone think it'll be on sale soon, like on their summer sales? Just wanting to know since I have $6 dollars expiring the 7th I believe. I want a nice co-op game on Xbox One.

Episode 1 of The Wolf Among Us, but you'll definitely want to play more than just the one.

Same for The Walking Dead.

Sonic Adventure is a classic, and while the 360 port suffers from lack of any effort in the port, it plays just fine for the most part and is still a lot of fun if heavily nostalgia fueled fun.

OR if you want something good on SALE now,

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is down to $2.50

Virtua Fighter 5 is down to 3.74

Sonic 4 Episode 1 is down to $5

Anarchy Reigns is rough around almost every edge, but is a fun mindless beat em up in an commendable attempt at an action style Platinum is better known for.

LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7 is also down to $5 if that's your jam.

Otherwise don't give in to pressure to spend money if it's not something you'll enjoy at least for a while, as there will always be new stuff dropping in price every week and while we all think we need new games in the backlog all the time, we don't.

Not been on sale yet as far as I know - but wouldn't doubt the X1 version is in the running as the library of games to put on sale at all is still a rather small pool.

Anyone played Outlast yet?  Since Amazon shipping sucks apparently even with prime, my 1520 won't get here til tomorrow now. (using the $25 credit that comes with it to get Outlast XBO if it's good)

On a side note, I'm not sure if it was added recently or I just missed it before, but I love being able to use my AtBat subscription in the MLB.TV app on Xbone.  Go Tribe!

I have it on ps4. I say get it, it's awesome. Not really scary but it's pretty dark.

I checked my profile and I have gold. When I click on games with gold and click on charlie murder it has a price. Just went onto my One and downloaded Max no problem. So I can't figure out why it wont let me download the games or add them to my queue.

Now I see it kept showing my CC and I thought it was charging me but just noticed the free above the game tile. Thanks :)

While it may limit how much time you can play daily, I highly recommend playing it only at night with all the lights off (thunderstorm optional). Also set the brightness to one or two lower than recommended to ensure the game will be dark enough. I've played through about half the game twice and the 2nd time is definitely a ton less scary. I should probably finish it.

I like it overall though. If you like horror games, you'll probably enjoy it. It's no Fatal Frame 2, but it can be pretty scary at times. Great atmosphere that can really freak you out when thunder shakes the house when playing during a storm.

More so because FS is an XBLA title and was an update to a game that came out on 360 about 3-4 years prior. If anything there's more fighters in FS and I think only thing that might've been held back is all the customizable character DLC that's made available to buy in the marketplace, though it maybe unlockable in game as well, I forgot despite owning it for over a year now...

Don't keep up with this thread as much as I used to, but quick question. Has Trails Fusion gone on sale yet? If not, anyone think it'll be on sale soon, like on their summer sales? Just wanting to know since I have $6 dollars expiring the 7th I believe. I want a nice co-op game on Xbox One.

You should check and make sure it's actually expiring. I had a bunch of money move it's expiration date from July 9th, 2014 to May 31st, 2015 recently.

At 1 pm est today, Gamestop is gonna be giving out more free $5 xbox codes. Be prepared!

Contrast is out for Xbox One now, its $15 and 1.94 gb

Got Outlast, played for 20 minutes. Jumped a couple times wicked bad and realized im a huge wuss. Not terribly scary, but the jump scares get me for sure. Heard there are less later on but the two that got me sent my heart flying for a second.
 
Vf final showdown has no customization of characters. You have to buy all that. For me the biggest thing missing is the mode where you can travel around a virtuall city with arcades and fight cpu characters to earn cash to buy customized outfits. If it is a straight fighter you want then showdown should probably be your choice. I like having extras personally so i have the original.
 
I cant decide on Lego LOTR.  Do I get it for $7 since thats a great price or wait for the disc version to drop to $10-$15 and save my hard drive from another 6 GB...

I actually was going to ask if I was missing something, I blind-purchased the table and was completely underwhelmed by it. Apparently I am missing something (aside from sensitivity and tact, of course :cool:), it probably doesn't help that I'm the very-definition of mediocre on most of these tables.
