Here is how it works. You navigate and walk around with the left thumbstick. When you get to a specific part where you have to make a decision what to do it pauses and lets you choose within a specific amount of time. You pivot the controller to the direction of the choice you wish to make and hit the corresponding button (i.e. choose your own adventure). There are also some other moments where you have to quickly hit a button to turn off your flashlight or something like that but it's not brain surgery. Many of my decisions didn't really matter as I was still able to make it through an area without getting caught by the murderer. Some other decisions resulted in death.

All in all I would equate it more to an interactive horror movie. It is very much like Heavy Rain.

Now if it seems like I'm putting it down I'm not. It was very atmospheric, and I kinda liked it. At first I was "meh" but as I walked around after playing it I kept thinking about it. I eventually went back and played it through, corrected my mistakes from the first time (interactive movie) and finished it.

It's an advanced version of Space Ace/Dragon's Lair with places where you can actually move around.

If Vue works as advertised and is priced right then I'll cancel my DirecTV, we only watch broadcast TV in our living room anyway.  I just have a feeling like with PS Now that Sony is going to screw up the pricing on this thing.

Yeah I bet Sony will overprice this thing. What do you guys think is a fair deal? For me, anything between $30 -$40 seems fair.

 
it depends how many channels it includes. Also i would suspect it would require pretty high internet speed to get best tv quality. i know uverse requires your line to have + 12 mbps download over your internet package to get hd tv channels.

 
Really love how gtav uses the light and speaker on controller. I love that when you get wanted level the light flashes red and blue for cop lights.

Oh and first person view makes it feel like a new game.

First person mode is freakin amazing. I hope they include it in the next GTA. Hearing phone calls/police chatter on the speaker is very cool, but I have a decal on my lightbar so I dont get the flashing effect.

Im getting Dying Light since its part of the $10 certificate promotion at Best Buy. It looks a lot like Dead Island to me from what I've seen.

 
so glad they canned dying light for ps360 and just focused on next gen. but like kazeno said, techland released buggy as fuck games, so ill wait till they most likely patch it a few times till it actually works.

I'm pumped for Dying Light. I'm glad they pushed it back then pushed it forward.

Sony made a mistake on that one, Sunset seems to be the only game that actually working and worth having next gen game at this point. Everything else on XBone is either a glitchy mess, completely underwelming, or available else where for better/cheaper.

Sunset didnt even live up to the hype, its alright but its nothing amazing. Saints Row 4 was way better and thats coming on PS4 and X1 next month, just in time for my bday.

Forza horizon 2 says hello and halo mcc is worth having mp is playable at this point.
 
For me looking back first year for both systems it was meh first year. I really loved finishing the last of us. Second son was major letdown for me. Titemfall biggest let down. I hope 2015 is better.

I'm really intrigued by Drawn to Death. I think David Jaffe is so awesome. His straight forward and unfiltered presentations are refreshing and I thought one of the more entertaining ones of the day. He can come across as arrogant but his non-BS attitude is very evident when you compare his presentations to other developers.

Also I'm not sure how the sequel will work but I have to buy the Fat Princess sequel on day one on the account of how addicting the first game is. Not sure how it'll work the second time around but I love me some FP.

Oh god the worst thing you could do in this thread is say "Xbox games suck" or anything in that reference. That's how you get Timbo started on a triple posting rant.

 
Sunset Overdrive is the only Xbox Juan game I wish I could play on my PS4, maybe the sequel will make its way over lol It sucks that it bombed though since I like insomniac. I am excited for the Ratchet remake next year.

I like David Jaffe, but Im not sold on Drawn to Death yet. The artstyle looks cool but the gameplay looked like a clusterfuck to me.

As much as it sucks that Xbox doesn't have as deserve of a library as Play Station, the fan base just always proves that games that arent FPS/Sports just don't do well on Xbox. Sunset is one of the best games Xbox One has to offer yet it just doesnt sell well.

sony seems smart in a way they don't put out alot of new ip's out in fall. The last of us was summer and the order is early 2015.

 
NPD results for November are gonna be announced later today. Im predicting a Sony win with the Xbone being a very close second.

I hate when good games dont sell well. SO and FH2 are GOTY contenders in my book. :(

I'll say that MS finally pushes through and by a lot. I would not be shocked if the gap is 300k+

I remember the Forza #s, never seen anything on Overdrive though.  Forza franchise really hasn't be the type of games to sale crazy numbers as well, but like I said, 120K really isn't all that good.

I wouldnt be shock if it sold better but I highly doubt the gap would be that huge. At least in my area most stores sold through their PS4 bundles.
