I think just play them in release order. I haven't gone farther than KH2, though, but I'm excited to play BBS soon. But definitely play KH1 -> COM -> KH2 in that order or you'll be lost in KH2.

It sounds like a lot of Carolina fans are like my mother in law. They spout off about shit they dont understand and just look bad all around. Good thing is the stuff coming out of their mouth is so far off you can just laugh and ignore them.

Also, its a balmy 59 degrees outside.  Feels great.  Not even cold at all.  I dont even need a jacket.  Its just pleasant. 

Of course the office is a fuck ing sauna!  Thank god I am out of here the rest of the week.

KH:BBS is a prequel to the other games. You could play it first if you wanted to do things chronologically. I did play BBS without playing the other titles and BBS stood on its own just fine. The combat style is different enough from the other styles (at least to my understanding) that it might not feel like a step back but rather a step sideways from BBS to KH1.

I thought Syndicate's campaign was fun. Nothing special, but it's worth a playthrough if you can get it cheap enough.

Edit: Somehow missed that you bought it, hope you enjoy it.

Also, Singularity is great as I've said before. If there's nothing else you're interested in from the sale I'm sure you could just grab 2 other games from the list and return them later.

I think all I'm using that code on is Just Cause 2...for a whopping 40 cents off. As tempting as Shadow Warrior and Costume Quest 2 are they both scream PS+ this year

I do wish I knew Japanese so I could at least follow the story in them. Then again, if I did, I would probably feel like a pervert playing them based on the visuals in a lot of them.

Vig, I hope the game did not have one of those freebie trophies for starting the game. I assume you know, but it is a separate trophy list in Japanese as well. At least you should be able to hide it from your list without it mattering on the trophy tracking sites if you didn't earn one.

Also, you realize you could probably make money selling the imported version on ebay. The Japanese language games usually hold their value since it is hard to get them in the US. Granted, buyers might think it is sketchy coming with the US box.

I come in last on the Zen tables. I don't have them on PSN, only Xbox, and then only some of them - I don't think the high score lists are cross-platform.. I don't plan to buy them on PSN. I thought we were sticking with Pinball Arcade. Oh well.

Actually there was some we got free? Did we? If so I could install those.

Rollers of the Realm is about like what I expected. Repetitious (hit the boss guy a million times), but it's not horrible. I'll play it periodically when I need to kill some time… that is if I'm not playing Aqua Kitty or Don't Die Mr. Robot….

 
Thanks for the heads up on the GS sale, Vig. Going to grab LOS, Singularity, and some third title that I'm not remembering. Have a ton of GS points to burn, too. Might get a couple of $25 off coupons and get South Park and FFX HD.

Does the PS3 version of the FFX remaster have X-2 on disc, or is it a voucher deal?

Only way to avoid being confused by the story is to not think about it or just not play it at all. I'll agree CoM helps, but even then the story is still a mess.

I know there are a lot of KH fans in here, but looking past all the beloved licenses and focusing on just the games themselves, the series is pretty overrated. I'm sure this post will get slammed though because Disney/Final Fantasy.

I am going to start South Park tonight.  After I trade in GTA 5.  I didnt do it yesterday as I forgot how damn long those last few missions were.  So I decided to finish that and clean up some other trophies before giving it back today.  It looks like the TIV held so I am good to go.  Basically getting back what I paid for it.

X-2 is on the same disc as X. Vita only has X-2 as a voucher, though.

X is great on Vita. Better than the PS3 version IMO since the PS3 version stretches the graphics out and it makes it more obvious that they didn't consistently upgrade all the textures. Sometimes you'll have a character showing up in HD, then it'll flash to SD, things like that. It's more obvious on the big screen. Plus the Vita version has a nice mechanic that allows for easy party healing and the PS3 version doesn't have that at all.

If you don't have FFX/X-2, you might want to wait for the PS4 version.

 
Looks like whenever I get the plat on Dark Souls that should push me over the top to lvl 15. Just have the crystal caves and the :censored: Catacombs / Tomb of the Giants to get through on the second playthrough.

You did a pretty good job on clean-up. It sucks that a few glitched on you. You could have gone the rubber band route and gotten the first person mode one over night. Other than those, you seem to have gotten all you could without spending a lot more time except one: Dialing Digits.

Thankfully no trophies popped, so yeah, I should be able to hide it. I wouldn't be comfortable selling the Japanese version on eBay with the U.S. box, so that's out of the question. Hopefully I can just exchange the cart for an actual U.S. cart tomorrow.

If it doesn't work, let me know. I am on a site that focuses on import games. Someone on there may be interested in swapping a US cart version for the Japanese one.

I forgot about the dialing digits one. Oh well. I was also going to rubber band for the 15 hours but said naw to that as it isn't me. If I were going for a plat I would have though.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. As long as I wouldn't have to pay anything but shipping for the exchange, I'd be onboard with that.

 
Wow, I forgot how many of Singularity's trophies were for the MP. Maybe I should switch out Alpha Protocol for that from the 3-game set I bought yesterday so I can help with them (and test out my Golds in the process)...? :whistle2:k

Don't have a Vita, so I probably won't get it for Vita. The GoW remasters had the HD to SD moments, so I'd be prepared for it.

Might end up waiting for the PS4 version, but I don't have a PS4, and I don't know if they'll improve the PS3 remaster in any way.

 
Wandered around for another 45 minutes this morning and I think I actually made progress towards finding the end-boss in Citizens of Earth.  I completed a main quest objective at least.  I just want this game to end at this point.

Played that most of the day yesterday to finish the side quest trophies and it took forever to find where I was supposed to go.  Man I hate having no overall world map.  But on the bright side, I'm the only person to have those three trophies on both PSNP and TT.

 
Since I have no internet access at work and I feel like amazon will put up the pre-orders for the Ness, Charizard, and Lucina amiibos up this week, would anyone be willing to preorder them for me if they do go up and I'll pay you plus a little extra as a thank you? It's close. It's hard because I really enjoyed the beginning part of the game (as my old posts show), but as the world expanded beyond where it could handle and the multiple crashes and freezes started happening, the luster wore off. My in-game clock shows over 40 hours now, but I'd say at least 10-15 of that is me trying to figure out how to navigate to this place that I need to go to, even though I know what place I'm looking for, and trying to find that the events to get me to the damn end boss.

 
Amazon Trade-Inner's, what do you guys select on the "Return the item" option?  I assume that just means that if it doesn't qualify as "Good" they will re-evaluate it at the lower grade/TIV, and then if it doesn't meet that then they'll still send it back to you?

Additionally, if anyone is play 'n trading Saints Row IV like I am, the TIV actually went up a few cents over the weekend.  Means I can keep the game for like 3 days longer now!
