I've only played UC2, but I still feel qualified to answer this. Uncharted 2 should be quicker to knock out. It is pretty easy on Normal.
Who has this actually happened with? I need some good 'SNOT gossip since the GS thread has been letting me down lately.

No, the part where you climb the cliff with the waterfall as those ants throw boulders down at you. Died a number of times trying to figure out where the boulder would hit me (it wasn't what you'd expect from normal physics) and what path it would take and how to dodge it.Was is the dungeon/maze area?that place.
The times reliability can vary, yeah. Te higher the number of user submissions, the more reliable the averages are. Both of those games are considered reliable. It basically color-codes the times from red to blue, with solid red being unreliable, solid blue being reliable, and the shades between indicating different degrees between. Both FC3 and Uncharted are in the excellent range, though.
I find it to be significantly less frustrating than Pinbot.

I remember that part, but it wasn't a hangup for me. That dungeon themed maze area is irritating without direction from a guide. I also had a lot of annoying deaths/reloads from the river level just because the platforming is so imprecise. I wouldn't even necessarily die, I'd just fall into the river and have difficulty getting out and getting chewed on by fish every 10 feet.
Was mostly to show the Ultra Rare totals of the two of ours. Not sure how else to compare who plays harder games...

Well I just finished the 100% on men's room mayhem! Now I'm the trophy badass of the thread.
I'm torn as while I agree with this sentiment, you also almost exclusively play Destiny.
That is a good completion, I couldn't get the last trophy. But I played it at launch, maybe there is a good strategy out for it now.
If only there was a site you were both members of who tracked difficulty of trophies by creating a ratio and gave you a result to compare. That would be awesome.

That ratio is still based on rarity and not difficulty. Not terribly different between comparing those numbers and using what I used to compare.

For me it was the opposite. I couldn't see them on mobile, but I just checked on my computer and they are there. Weird. Queued the PS4 games. I need to make room for the Vita one (already have Rogue). Not going to download the PS3 ones yet.

My enjoyment of cheap new-gen games trumped it. Like I said I can play it and get mad at it and it will probably be funny.
