I hope we don't get cancelled, this was in-stock way too long, I am sure bots would have grabbed 100+ Jigglypuffs in the timeframe it was live

 
Missed it barely. Anyway to make the line alert notify? Kind of worthless when it doesn't ping and you have to hopefully check the chat at the right time
 
Yikes, getting flamed on a site that I usually enjoy being on...sitting in waiting room while wife gets checked out for a strained back...we both collect, and obviously missed. Was hoping someone could help since it was up so long

When you're in the amiibo alerts chat, click on the arrow at the top, it'll drop down a menu and one of the options is to turn notifications on. It'll pop up a notification on your phone when someone posts there. That's actually how I grabbed it. However it's annoying when idiots post random complaints and comments in the chat, then get yelled at by other people.

Even with the option on. It only shows as a push notification and never pings, kind of like if you need an app update

anyone else hate that toysrus removes any trace of the sold out amiibo preorders

Count me among these folks. I'm really trying to zero in on Ness and Greninja so I got extra to trade for them if I get lucky. I'm fully expecting to be able to pick up the 'commons' from somewhere without too much grief. Worst case scenario I have the hook up at Fry's and they don't do preorders but always seem to get some so I can get them from there.

 
I still need Lucina and Greninja. 

I so far have ordered an extra Jigglypuff, Charizard, and Pac-man. I also plan on standing in line on the 27th as I can make up my time at work with short lunches as I have an hour lunch every day. If I am unsuccessful in pre-ordering those two anywhere I will probably trade for them. I still have Rosalina, Ct. Falcon, King Dedede, and Gold Mario to trade for things too.

Didn't some idiot troll people last night? I'm good on wave 4 so I keep my phone silent at night, but I saw someone did an alert around like 2am east coast time.

Yeah, I saw it this morning, I have alerts set up, but I'm a deep sleeper, plus my phone was silent. So it really doesn't do me a lot of good if stuff goes up overnight.

I traded a Rosalina for an Ike to someone on Reddit. I ended up getting Ike in perfect condition, but he gave me the wrong zip code and his Rosalina has been shipping all over the United States. This was at the end of February. It has been back to my post office multiple times but never returned. I have gone there multiple times and they can not find it for the life of them, honestly it should have been sent back to my house with the return address. I just gave up on it honestly. The post office took my name and number and are going to keep looking for it.

 
Been able to snag a pacman , Splatoon girl (only one i wanted/ that school girl outfit :) ), and now a jigglypuff (got the confirmation email). 

All i really want left is Ness, Lucina, Robin, Wario (should be common).  Would also like a gregninja but im not gonna kill myself for him. lol

I'm not surprised lurkers come out begging. am surprised someone thought they were giving you a deal for Rosalina lol. I don't recall listings above the high $40 mark before shipping.

For as much doom and gloom as some of you spout off, I would think you are trapped in a permanent state of manic depression.

I know this isn't the "trading" thread, but I've already done 2 local deals with other CAGS and in both situations we sold rare amiibos to each other at cost to help one another out. That's exactly what this thread is about to me...helping each other out.
