Theres an option on the friends tab to press a button, I believe square, on your friends name to force a refresh on their status. Thats how I made Mild's game show up as joinable. Prior to that it was greyed out and just stating he was online.

Good to know, I'll try that this weekend. I wish the vita version hadn't gone to shit with the new update. It takes two minutes to load every mission and it crashes really often when I'm on a team. Usually right when the extraction is unlocked.

Those metal detector objectives are straight up awful on helldives. It was entertaining the first couple times it took 7 or 8 minutes, but it kind of loses the charm after that.

I will be deleting the game tomorrow so if anyone wants to get the two easy online trophies let me know before tomorrow.

I can pass on a Gears of War remaster. Not so sure I will be able to pass on a new Gears of War game though. Probably a couple years out. Maybe by then the XBox One will be $250 with the game. I really don't want a XBox One but well I love the Gears series.

How long should people wait till posting spoilers about a game? I try not to post spoilers without tags but that game came almost 2 years ago on PS3.

I've noticed that loading issue while playing today as well. I only play it on PS4 but I've experienced that 2 min mission load when grouping with randoms about a third of the games I join.

If you have a team running good defensive stratagems the metal detector objectives are much more manageable on Helldives. I was on a team for a good 10 or so missions this afternoon and two of us were running the flame wall and 2 of us had the aoe slow, all with stratagem priority. Every side was constantly blocked or bottlenecked.

If it was a long drawn out and difficult process to put things behind spoiler tags then I could understand it. But most forums make spoilers super simple and require about 5 seconds of additional work.

And what if you're just getting into gaming or just getting a Sony console for the first time this month? Even if the games been out for 2 years doesn't mean everyone who wants to play it has played it yet. It's so fucking easy to put things behind spoilers. When in doubt, don't be a dick and just spoiler quote it.

Additionally there's no competition on Nintendo consoles, especially the WiiU. If you look at the games that charted with Mario Kart, there's games like Call of Duty, Watch Dogs, NBA 2K15, Wolfenstein, Titanfall, and MLB The Show all battling for playtime on your Xbox One or PS4. Mario Kart has nobody to battle against, essentially every WiiU-only owner is going to buy it.

 
Final boss on Color Guardians took me 29 minutes. It definitely had more random elements than the average boss. The thing is, if you're really good you can survive for a long time even if you can't hit him due to the randomness, the actual randomness doesn't cause you to die. Just makes it hart to hit him. It is also fairly cheese-able using the pause button that I"m guessing that other reviewer didn't figure out, otherwise he probably wouldn't have bitch as much.

I beat it without cheesing of course. 29 mins is probably a bit longer than the average final boss. Not bad enough to take it down a point or two in a review though.

Yeah I have known the tags for that for years. I can't figure out what half the freaking icons do but know the codes for the few things I want to do.

That's the only thing that could push me to buy an Xbox one. Even a remaster would be hard for me to ignore. I lost a chunk of my life to 2&3, and I'd do it again if they were made well.

I think I own all 4 (3 of them for sure) digitally but don't have a XBox360 anymore. By far my favorite series on XBox. I liked all 4 games even though Judgement gets hated on pretty bad. I played the hell out of the Overrun online vs mode. 3 might have been the best overall though. Horde mode coop with a friend or two was crazy fun. I think I beat the first two on Insane mode. I can certainly wait till the new Gears game is about to come out before considering buying an XBox One and the remaster to go along with Gears 5.

yeah, gears of war is a pretty dope series. I can never tell if it takes itself too seriously or not, but I have to assume the whole vibe is tongue in cheek. I didn't get to play too much of 3 but I did manage to finish 1 and 2 and liked em both pretty well.

If you barely started GTA 5 on PS3 I would just get it on PS4. The only other one on your list I want to play is Wolfenstein.

Im trying to do some maintenance on there before then, get my reps up to almost where I get a pack from them, hoarding packs and stuff in the post office etc.

Looking at the path to 34, seems pretty straight forward and shouldnt be too hard. You can basically get to 34 with any legendary gear, its all fair game to upgrade to 34 light level. So even though you didnt raid on crota, you should be able to get maxed out on HoW.

I am sure I will play the DLC when it drops. I probably will not get into grinding out whatever is required to get to 34. I think 2 of my guys (maybe all 3) are at 31. I would be down to playing the DLC with you if that isn't too low. I just don't want to get sucked into collecting motes of light, Strange coins or whatever they require to get gear off of Xur. I am actually enjoying playing other games and don't want to play nothing but Destiny for weeks on end like I was doing.

Yeah I really don't want an XBox One and subscription to Live. Going to try and NOT buy into it. Not sure I will be successful or not though. Probably have another year or two till Gears 5 comes out anyway.

It's selling for £13 new here, but I had an amazon voucher so I got it for £9. Played the first two chapters and very happy so far. I forgot how much I missed than silenced luger - playing stealth is so much fun.
